Staff were not very friendly -seagulls flew in and ate off plates at breakfast !!
First room we were given was very small -no where for our luggage -2 single beds pushed together …old decor -very disappointing for over €700
The hotel was right next to St. Mark's Square and Harry's Bar, plus all the shopping. Our breakfast buffet was outside along the Grand Canal with spectacular views of the gondolas and historic buildings. The lobby was glamourous and decorated like a fine art museum. The bathroom was a tribute to fine marble craftsmen. What a beautiful hotel!
