Overall a great stay and would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Great location. Mostly vert friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping very thorough.

Cons:

Long walk to room with one lift not servicing our floor

I will not choose this hotel again
Pros:

The location mainly , breakfast was good but they didn’t try to change the menu from a day to another .. hot dishes same thing always .the air conditioning wasn’t working properly or the cool air wasn’t there at night . The staff doesn’t go the extra mile to make you feel enough support .

Air conditioning wasn’t working properly particularly at night . Rooms are small even choosing the luxury twin room .

Estuvimos 5 noches . La habitación de lujo, a más de 700 euros la noche - ni una botella de agua cortesía del hotel.
No hay máquina de café ( aludieron que es por seguridad…)
La cama no es doble!! Son dos camas unidas, por lo tanto cada uno , su lado ….. ???????
Pedí me pusieran algo para unirlas mejor… prometieron pero no cumplieron….

l’emplacement était vraiment très bien

Cons:

je trouve que le prix n’est pas à la hauteur de l’établissement. Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain quand on prend le petit déjeuner le matin, nous avons le bateau poubelle qui est juste à côté avec les odeurs, j’avais signaler que c’était nos 20 ans de mariage avec la date aucune attention particulière.

Einer der besten Hotels in Venedig, Lage ist wahrscheinich die beste überhaupt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Canal Grande ist einzigartig. Unser Zimmer war genau über dieser Terrasse. Besser geht es eigentlich nicht. Zimmer sind komplett neu und im venezianischen Stil eingerichtet. Alles Murano Glas.
