Расположение, концепция домиков, если бы не Аквапарк и фитнес включенные в проживание, то оценка была-бы на 2-3 балла по 10 бальной шкале

Pros:

Вежливый персонал, завтраки бомбические, ориентированы на полезное питание. Шикарный фитнес клуб, СПА комплекс включены в стоимость проживания. Это была сказка- проживание в Armenian Village Park Hotel! Благодарю персонал и руководство за такой прекрасный отдых, очень хочу вернуться ещё!

Cons:

Пожелание- было бы комфортнее,если бы был пододеяльник на одеяло, вместо простыни.

Ok but could be better
Pros:

Great staff at reception
Spacious room with hot water, new furniture,complimentary toothbrush/paste,water,coffee,tea.
Allowed an early checkin and offered to print boarding passes.

No aircon but we left the window open a crack (this mau be problematic june-august)

Nowhere at all to exchange cash or get 'cashback' even at the bar, we were told to 2km go to megamall. We had 30 euro cash we would have paid that for 10,000 dram.

Its technically not too far from the centre but traffic was always appalling so it can take 30 minutes to reach republic square with yandex.

Gym reception were awful on our first day-the girl gave no directions to the pool or told us which changing room was for the pool(there are 5 changing rooms). She told us we needed a credit card for food..after we walked all the steps back up to our room in the soaring mid day sun after a long journey we found out we could pay cash at another bar for food. Staff insisted men buy a 1500 dram hat that he didnt need(no local man or boy was wearing one at all), hat and pool shoes cost 5000 dram together. Its a small amount but our hotel can provide these at reception alot cheaper. This was inexpensive yet felt abit 'scammy'.

Especially as its just a public pool in another hotel with potential estimates of a million school kids clubs swimming in the jacuzzi(thats not permitted usually as chlorine in jacuzzis is far too high to be healthy and if the chlorine isnt high its possibly an unclean jacuzzi), slides to distract the kids were closed for hours, lanes were taken over by kids swimming lessons,tables left dirty by cafe staff(nice staff though just paying 1200 dram for a half warm cup of coffee then theres nowhere clean to sit seems silly). An old man on our first day insisted we fully leave the pool area in our regular clothes/shoes when we just wanted to use the pool bar. I indicated food in body language as reception sent us there to that restaurant with the famous credit card only.

Свои отдельные домики, двухкомнатные, нсть всё чай чайник, вода каждый дегь 2 бутылки, сахар, чашки, полотенца, тапочки, ежедневная уборка, своя стоянка, шикарный завтрак шведский стол, спа комплекс с сауной и бассейном и парилкой уже входит в стоимость, до центра на такси 200 руб, все классно

Super fijn verblijf gehad
Pros:

Wij vonden het ontbijt erg goed en afwisselend. Dagelijkse schoonmaak met aanvulling toiletpapier en flessen water. De inrichting van ons huisje was erg compleet. Het personeel (waaronder de dames van de schoonmaak) was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De sauna en het zwembad waren erg fijn!

Cons:

Was voor ons in eerste instantie erg onduidelijk waar we voor eea moesten zijn. Entree/receptie deed ons een beetje schrikken, maar was gelukkig niet representief voor de huisjes en het zwembad etc.

Сотрудники отзывчивые, дали нам зонт, утюг, штопор. Вообщем любые мелкие вопросы решались быстро и легко❤️
Было тепло в номере, всегда, даже после дождя. Там было и отопление при необходимости и сплит. ТВ. чай, кофе, вода в бутылочках, зубная цетка, паста, мыло, шампунь и гель для душа, полотенце, халаты.
Завтрак в другом отеле, нужно по улице спуститься вниз, но шведский стол разнообразный, сытно и очень вкусно. Горячее, холодные щакучеи, салаты, оарщная нащка и фруктовая, кофе, чай, соки, сладости. От завтрака мы в восторге. Всегда свежее и горячее, во сколько бы мы не пришли.
Приятный бонус это пение птиц, и утром и днём и вечером

Cons:

Жили мы в 314 номере, в начале мая. Крайне плохое качество вайфайя😔 не смогла работать. Подходили к сотрудникам, обещали решить, но ксожалению проблема так и не решилась. Сайты еле загружались, в одной точке на кресле ближе к ванной. Звонки не проходили вообще, за все время отдыха с родными мы так и не смогли связаться. Видеозвонки и связь вообще была не возможна. Это усложнило нам отдых, так он был совмещен с работой.
Бассейн не в этом отеле, поэтому распареный попадаешь на улицу и идёшь в свой номер. В жару это нормально, а в не сезон можно заболеть, так со мной и случилось. Бассейн больше спортивный нежели для спокойного отдыха. Дорожки строго плаваешь по линиям, и обязательны шапочки.

Хороший отель, но уже сильно нуждается в ремонте.
Pros:

Очень дружелюбный персонал. Вкусные, разнообразные завтраки. Просторные номера. Место для парковки.

Cons:

Номера нуждаются в ремонте. Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже не первый раз и с каждым разом ситуация все печальнее.

Отдых в Ереване семьей
Pros:

1. Завтраки были невероятно вкусные и разнообразные. Каждый день что-то новое. И, кстати, очень полезное.

2. Работал крытый бассейн с горками, тренажерный зал. Если вы с ребенком, он будет в восторге.

3. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

Прям что-то такое категорически сильно плохого нет.
Многие пишут про местоположение. Нам было норм. Рядом есть и кафе, и ТЦ (15-20 мин пешком). Просто идти надо в горку и может это кому-то не понравилось, но мы заранее видели карту, поэтому удивления не было. До центра на такси, такси доступное.

По номеру: чуть подуставший, но по соотношению цена/качество очень хорошо. Хотелось бы, чтоб лучше мыли пол. Но там есть тапочки. Плюс за 7 дней ни разу не поменяли полотенца (хотя их разрешают брать в бассейн и они были постоянно мокрые).

Pros:

Мы останавливались на одну ночь, приехали вечером, персонал отзывчивый, все, что нужно делал оперативно, помогал во всем. Аквапарком и тренажерным залом не пользовались, но, думаю, это плюс отелю. До центра города 15 минут на машине. Все живут в отдельных домиках со своей парковкой, что очень удобно. Завтраки вкусные, с 8:30 до 11:00

Cons:

Домик, в котором мы жили, требует ремонта. Стены грязные, местами с дырами. Ковролан тоже грязный и , судя по запаху, давно не менялся
