Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this riad! Ali was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host, always making sure we had everything we needed. The riad itself was very clean, peaceful, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The atmosphere felt authentic and cozy, and the hospitality really made us feel at home. The food was also amazing! Highly recommended!

Pros:

Great riad on a really good location in Marrakesh.
Really friendly staff.
And the owner Jérôme guided us to a secured parking to park our motorcycles during the stay. Only a couple of 100m from the riad.
I recommend!

The stay in the riad was perfect and has everything an accomandation needs, the only thing missing is a nearby parking.
Pros:

Zac was friendly and helped whenever he could. Additionally the riad is very cozy and cute. It was quiet to sleep.

Cons:

The riad has no parking.

Good
Pros:

Large bedroom area and large bathroom. Room had air conditioning which was. Life saver! Lovely breakfast and Ali was always very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The private terrace was not. It’s a communal terrace on the roof. There are no windows in the room going to the exterior, only one that goes into the hallway. Bedroom was quite dark. Received an offensive message from the owner saying we had used cream before entering the jacuzzi which we hadn’t. Rather spoilt the stay to be accused of something we had not done.

If you want a stress free experience- don't book this hotel
Pros:

Close to Jemaa el-Fnaa

Cons:

The hotel is in a very secluded alleyway, not ideal if you're travelling alone as people will follow you in twos with one at the front and the other behind and no where to run, they will demand money which can be very intimidating especially as a woman as it tends to be two guys, which might feel like you're about to get robbed. We were travelling as friends however the room we were given had no toilet door which was awkward, only a curtain to draw which does not provide adequate cover especially for the shower there is no privacy as the curtain doesn't cover it at all. The staff were nice initially but they profile their guests, so if they don't like you they will give other guests preference over you and they become quite controlling of every move you make in the hotel and make random accusations such as the accusation made in response to this review, it is completely baseless and false and they have no proof to back it up!

Stop looking - stay here!
Pros:

This riad was amazing! The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to help you. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a gorgeous bathroom with hot water! The included breakfast was delicious with variations each day and an extensive assortment of food. When we couldn't face going out into the medina on our last day, the staff, at hardly any notice, made us a gorgeous three course meal on a private rooftop terrace with awesome sunset views! They arranged a taxi for us to the airport, printed our boarding passes, let us stay between when we checked out and when we had to leave, and helped with our bags. They will also arrange trips if you want them. The location is great, you can easily walk to the square, taxis and souks. We loved our stay here and if we are ever in Marrakech again we will come back to this home.

Cons:

I could not find fault with this place if I tried. If you are debating whether to stay here - do it!

Lovely spot in the centre of Marrakech
Pros:

The riad was located close to jemaa el fanaa but far enough away to be away from the hustle. The staff were great, especially Ali. Also, Jerome and Pamela were wonderful.
It felt like being at home, so welcoming.

Cons:

I would have loved if there was a swimming pool or spa facilities at the riad, but being where it was, I understand why there wasn't.

Very good
Pros:

Everything was great, from the location to the staff and the room. It was a comfy, cozy and memorable stay.

Cons:

Breakfast. Given the rest of the stay really brought us close to the Moroccan culture and Marrakech the breakfast felt like there wasn't enough effort or planning. However, the staff were superbly hospitable. They just needed more variety and choice.

The perfect base for your Marrakech experience
Pros:

There was nothing not to like. Wonderfully clean, lovely room (Sahara), comfortable bed, wonderful rooftop, lovely breakfasts and all provided by hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful 'home' to explore a truly amazing city (and country). Moroccans are the Irish of Africa - delightful, humorous, warm people always ready with a quip and always ready to help.

Cons:

If you find anything to dislike I would love to know why.
