Convenient place to stay
Pros:

It was clean and quiet and conveniently located to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The room was a little small. I would have moved the bedside table against the wall so that the person sleeping on that side could get in and out of bed without crawling over each other.

This place worked very well for our stay to see our granddaughter graduate from the U of Florida!
Pros:

Host was extremely helpful. It was very quiet despite being in a campus area. Parking was easy and convenient.
