Pros:

O transfer gratuito foi um diferencial. O quarto era grande e a cama bastante confortável. O laundry room também foi ótimo para poder lavar algumas roupas que já necessitavam de uma boa lavagem. Dentro do hotel tem acesso a um restaurante/café que dá para a outra rua, facilitando a alimentação em alguns casos.

Cons:

Algumas partes da área externa pareciam mais rústicas, como se estivessem em processo de reforma/modernização. O café da banhe era mais básico, com poucas opções de comidas ocidentais, mas o que tinha era muito saboroso.

rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile, posizione e soprattutto la gentilezza dello staff. Eravamo convinti che sarebbe stato necessario rivolgerci ad una guida locale per poter vedere in 2 giorni la porta del cielo, il Canyon con il ponte di vetro, e il parco delle montagne di Avatar. Con una mezz'oretta di spiegazione, con mappa alla mano fornitami alla reception, grazie al prezioso e completo supporto avuto da Qianqian, siamo riusciti a gestirci in autonomia. Qianqian si è sempre resa disponibile a fornirci qualsiasi tipo di supporto. Complimenti

Cons:

Colazione ottima per chi cerca una soluzione "salata". Per il classico italiano che vorrebbe qualcosa di dolce, la scelta non è molta. Basterebbe un po' di marmellata per avere un'offerta completa.

Osoblje je bilo vrlo ljubazno. Besplatno su nas vozili od željezničkog kolodvora do hotela i natrag. Usluga pranja rublja je također bila besplatna. Soba je jako ugodno i čista. Svakako bih preporučila ovaj hotel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été très aimable, attentionné et toujours disponible pour nous aider, notamment pour réserver nos différentes activités. Malgré la barrière de la langue que nous pouvions craindre, nous n’avons rencontré aucune difficulté de communication, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable.
Le petit-déjeuner était également très sympa, avec un bon choix.

Une mention toute particulière à Jin Jin, qui s’est occupée de nous avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Elle a veillé à ce que notre séjour se passe à merveille, du début jusqu’à la fin. Son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance ont vraiment fait la différence.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement cet hôtel et son équipe. Une très belle expérience !

L'albergo è veramente molto carino e le stanze bellissime. Amin e lo staff dell'albergo ci hanno accolto calorosamente e hanno organizzato minuziosamente tutti i tour che abbiamo fatto mantenendo sempre il contatto per accertarsi che stesse andando tutto bene. We really appreciated the spaciousness of this homestay – the room was much bigger than we expected, with plenty of storage space for our luggage. Large windows let in lots of natural light, making the space feel open and airy. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the floors to the bathroom tiles. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, with most attractions within 20 minutes' walk. The host greeted us warmly and checked in each day to make sure we were comfortable. A wonderful, stress-free stay that we'd happily repeat."

Super nettes Personal mit einem sehr leckeren Resturant in der Nähe.

Das Personal hat einen super beraten um den Nationalpark zu erkunden. Das Personal war zudem sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz so gegeben. Die Fenster waren extrem dünn und hellhörig. Zum Glück lag das Zimmer nicht an der Hauptstraße.
