Dostalismy butelkę prosecco I talerz owocow z okazji naszej rocznicy. Personel przemily, śniadania pyszne w formie bufetu oraz dodatkowe zamowienia z karty. Pokoj przestronny z widokiem na morze, niestety na na parterze, wiec widok tez na plaze od balkonem
W kranie i pod prysznicem bardzo chlorowana woda. Włosy mi śmierdziały chlorem jeszcze po 2 myciach po wyjeździe. Nie dalo sie uzywac tej wody do mycia zebow. Wszystkie elementy chromowane w lazience byly poczerniale. A sama lazienka mikroskopijna. Plaża duza, ale akurat trafiliśmy na sagrassum wiec wygladalo fatalnie.

El estado en que se encuentra la playa debido al sargazo, no se puede bañar y el precio en esas condiciones lo veo desorbitado.
The infinity pool was closed for renovations that looked like they had been started months ago and abandoned. The beach was being bulldozed and the sand was left in heaps mixed with rotting sargasso. Every other hotel on the beach had a groomed sand an access to the water... this hotel's beach looked like landfill.

It’s a smaller hotel and it is beachside. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was adequate and clean. The bed was comfy.
Where to start. The pools are tiny. The room they put us in was under the rooftop pool so it was like being in an aquarium with sloshing noises all the time people were in the pool. There is a general problem with sargasso weed which is piled up on the beach outside this hotel. Away from the all inclusive further along. It smells disgusting especially on an afternoon when it warms up. Even in the room with the air con it pervades the air. There was a power cut whilst we were there. The wifi was flakey. The road to the bars etc outside is filthy and doesn’t look inviting for walking after dark. The only bar we used had 2 security staff. I was not sure if this was reassuring or worrying

La vista, aunque en el momento que fui había demasiado sargazo. No recuerdo el nombre del empleado que atiende de en el área del restaurante,creo que se llamaba Luis, fue muy atento y correcto.
El olor del agua de la pluma/llave del baño.
Las piscinas del hotel y la comodidad de las habitaciones
Lastimosamente es temporada de Sargazo y no limpian las playa con la suficiente frecuencia en comparación de los club que se encuentran a la par y genera cierta incomodidad ya que el alga despide un mal olor también
El servicio es bueno, personal muy acogedor y atento
El agua se fue durante la tarde/noche, quando volvió tenía mal olor. Al día siguiente el agua se fue nuevamente en la mañana. Nos fuimos y no había agua aún.
