Das Restaurant und das Essen war hervorragend.
Auch die Reaktion des Personals auf die u.a. Probleme mit Pool und Meer waren super und angemessen als Entschädigung.

Cons:

Dass es bei Buchung keinerlei Informationen gab, dass der Pool gerade repariert wird! Und auch keine Info, dass aktuell das Meer aufgrund der Algen nicht zum schwimmen geeignet ist.

Carino ma si può avere di più
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto il fatto che fosse un hotel dalle dimensioni contenute.
Carina la piscina interna, anche se non passa un filo d'aria (sembra di soffocare).

Cons:

A parte la presenza massiccia di sargasso legata al periodo (che però l'hotel poteva far togliere, anzichè spalmare su tutta la spiaggia di fronte), e a parte la piscina sul rooftop in rifacimento (con conseguenti rumori durante tutto il giorno), l'hotel necessità di manutenzione (la rubinetteria è tutta ammalorata dalla salsedine). La doccia era sporca, così come un paio di asciugamani. Inoltre l'hotel è troppo caro rispetto a quello che offre (è molto lontano dalla "movida" di Punta Cana) e peraltro Booking non mi ha riconosciuto la differenza di prezzo, visto che su sito ufficiale dell'hotel la stanza costa il 30% in meno. Punta Cana è definitivamente troppo turistica.

Staff friendly but hotel not worth the money
Pros:

Location right on the beach, close to a few good restaurants, and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Beach looked and smelled like the algae wasn’t removed in multiple days, bathrooms were in need of repair and basic maintenance, until around 10 pm music right next door to beachfront facing apartments, and rooftop pool was not available as advertised but closed for extensive renovation.

Dostalismy butelkę prosecco I talerz owocow z okazji naszej rocznicy. Personel przemily, śniadania pyszne w formie bufetu oraz dodatkowe zamowienia z karty. Pokoj przestronny z widokiem na morze, niestety na na parterze, wiec widok tez na plaze od balkonem

W kranie i pod prysznicem bardzo chlorowana woda. Włosy mi śmierdziały chlorem jeszcze po 2 myciach po wyjeździe. Nie dalo sie uzywac tej wody do mycia zebow. Wszystkie elementy chromowane w lazience byly poczerniale. A sama lazienka mikroskopijna. Plaża duza, ale akurat trafiliśmy na sagrassum wiec wygladalo fatalnie.

A disappointing experience with a beach that was bulldozed like so much landfill
Cons:

The infinity pool was closed for renovations that looked like they had been started months ago and abandoned. The beach was being bulldozed and the sand was left in heaps mixed with rotting sargasso. Every other hotel on the beach had a groomed sand an access to the water... this hotel's beach looked like landfill.

So smelly we couldn’t stand it.
Pros:

It’s a smaller hotel and it is beachside. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was adequate and clean. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

Where to start. The pools are tiny. The room they put us in was under the rooftop pool so it was like being in an aquarium with sloshing noises all the time people were in the pool. There is a general problem with sargasso weed which is piled up on the beach outside this hotel. Away from the all inclusive further along. It smells disgusting especially on an afternoon when it warms up. Even in the room with the air con it pervades the air. There was a power cut whilst we were there. The wifi was flakey. The road to the bars etc outside is filthy and doesn’t look inviting for walking after dark. The only bar we used had 2 security staff. I was not sure if this was reassuring or worrying
