Pros:

Hôtel bon rapport qualité prix! Le petit déjeuner est très bon !
Les repas sont vraiment abordable et non excessif!
Les serviettes pour la piscine commence à être un peu passé..
le personnel est agréable cependant quelques personnes très désagréables, dommage car sinon l’ensemble de l’équipe est très chouette !!

Cons:

The only thing was the taste of the water when brushing teeth but that is not the properties fault so use bottled water they do have water available on the first floor.

Punta Cana n'est pas ma tasse de thé, mais j'ai dû y passer pour prendre un vol. Cet hôtel fut une belle surpris
Pros:

Cet hôtel est petit par rapport aux gros complexes de Punta Cana et, en même temps, on y trouve 2 restaurants et 2 piscines, ce qui est très pratique. La terrasse est super ! Les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Aucun souci pour avoir un transat quand on est sur la plage. J'ai bien aimé sa situation, à côté d'un petit centre où on trouve des supérettes, des restau et quelques commerces. Accueil sympa et professionnel de la part du personnel et de Katerina en particulier !

Cons:

Rien sauf les sargasses sur la plage même si elles sont ramassées (problème qui ne dépend pas de l'hôtel).

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen maar verwacht geen 4 sterren kwaliteit
Pros:

Het hotel heeft een mooie uitstraling en mooi uitzicht vanaf het dak. Het ontbijt was ook prima. De check-in gastvrouw was aardig en sprak prima Engels. Bedden zijn schoon (ook die op het strand en aan het zwembad).

Cons:

De kamer was erg klein en gehorig. Je hoort de muziek van de tent ernaast tot laat in de nacht en vanaf 7am hoor je mensen hard praten (wij zaten op de eerste verdieping aan de zwembadkant). De service is onder de maat voor een 4 sterren hotel. De bediening is erg amateuristisch en de restaurants, vooral de Italiaanse, is van erg lage kwaliteit. Ook zijn er geen enkele alternatieve opties voor alcohol-vrije drankjes.
