Excellent stay with friendly supportive staff.
Pros:

The staff were excellent, especially Sashin on reception and also Maoom. They were very attentive and friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a family suite which very spacious. The restaurant in the neighbouring hotel (same company) was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast could be a little more international or continental.

Pros:

Excellent service, great location, and the breakfast buffet in the morning was enjoyable. One of the Ethiopian service staff was very pleasant and provided service with a friendly demeanor and good manners.

Cons:

When I was there, it was a bit too windy, and one of my side windows made a huge noise, which disturbed my sleep a bit. If that gets fixed, it would be nice and improve the situation.
