Pros:

Instalaciones modernas y completas, a destacar la piscina del rooftop. Personal muy amable. Desayuno bastante completo y variado. Ubicación ideal, al lado de One Nimmann, el mejor barrio sin duda para alojarse.

Cons:

Habitación bastante oscura y sin ventilación, en nuestro caso tenía mucha humedad y hasta el suelo estaba mojado cada día con un charco en una zona, lo comunicamos en recepción y dijeron que lo mirarían pero siguió pasando… debe tener que ver con la mala ventilación o quizá algún problema de aislamiento/condensación…

Cute and great location
Pros:

The art concept is very cute! The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Located right near all the action in Nimman

It’s not soundproof, from either the street or the neighborhood (paper walls). So if you need it quiet, it’s not for you.

It is still a great property for a safe and convenient stay for a solo traveler.
Pros:

It is perfectly situated in a quiet corner near shops and restaurants. About 100-150THB to reach the famous night markets. The property house a great bar with great cocktails!

Cons:

Like most property in humid countries, the property needs constant upkeep. Some paint chipped and slightly mouldy grout lines.

Great location, comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel feels brand new, clean and comfortable to stay in. The location was right in the heart of Nimman i.e. easy walking access to One Nimman, Maya Center etc. Almost every of the staff, from the reception to the Surr Bar to the breakfast service crew were friendly and warm to customers. I woulnd't mind staying again!

Cons:

The water in my showers were always choked when I took a bath and takes a while to clear. There is also always water condensation on a part of the floor near the air con vent which I think is from the unit below. Overall, the facilities is great but just some minor wear and tear maybe?
