Very luxurious price for a very mediocre experience.
Pros:

Great breakfast buffet and attached cocktail bar on the top floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Both the AC and the shower leaked every time I used it. The pool and pool area was super small, and the elevator system (needing to swipe card to access top floors) was broken half the time. The gym was also tiny and uncomfortable to use when crowded.

מיקום טוב, יחס נהדר. מחסור באוויר בחדרים.

קודם כל הצוות הוא גולת הכותרת של המלון. החל מהדלפק ובמיוחד במיוחד בחדר האוכל והבר. TK וכל הצוות היו פשוט משפחה ודאגו לנו וחייכו תמיד, היחס היה חם, מקצועי ומחמם את הלב. באמת מרגש. המיקום של המלון מצויין! ממש בלב שכונת ניימן, קרוב לקניון מאיה, קרוב לשוק אמנים, מסעדות, השכרת קטנועים, שירותי כביסה - מיקום מנצח. הבריכה על הגג נחמדה מאוד. יש חניה נוחה תת קרקעית של המלון שגם נוחה למי ששוכר רכב/קטנועים.

Cons:

הכי היה קשה לכולנו זה מחסור באוויר בחדרים. זה לא משהו שנתקלנו בו בשום בית מלון אחר בתאילנד, בין אם היו חלונות ובין אם לא. במלון הזה זה היה קיצוני לנו וקשה מאוד. התארחנו במלון פעמיים במהלך החופשה פעם 7 לילות ופעם עוד לילה לקראת טיסה לפוקט. היה ממש קשה מבחינת המחסור באוויר, ברמת מצוקה ותחושה של חנק. יש לחות ברמת רטיבות של מצעים, אוויר דחוס. המזגן לא עוזר מספיק אפילו שמו מכשירים של שיומי שהיו אמורים לסייע כנראה במשהו אבל בפועל לא עזרו גם הם. היה קשה לנו לנשום. נתן תחושה קלסטרופובית. כולנו התחלנו להשתעל ממחסור באוויר ולהרגיש לא טוב. כמו כן, מגוון ארוחות הבוקר היה קטן מאוד בבופה אבל יש ממה לשבוע. רק בגלל חוסר האוויר לא הייתי חוזרת למלון הזה למרות שכל היתר ובמיוחד השירות היו מעל ומעבר למצופה. חלון נפתח עם רשת היה פותר הכל. יש שם חלונות ענקיים אבל שלא נפתחים ודווקא האוויר באזור היה טוב בערב. חבל.

I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Beyond its great location and excellent facilities, this hotel is surrounded by wonderful cafés—perfect for anyone who loves good coffee and beautifully curated spaces.

But above all...
If you're looking for a place with great vibes, thoughtful facilities, genuine hospitality, and art thoughtfully displayed throughout the rooms and every corner of the hotel, I highly recommend staying here.

What made my experience even more special was how the team handled an unexpected situation.

I had booked one room for two nights, but after the first night, the air conditioner stopped working and required extensive repairs.

Without me even having to ask, the hotel team immediately arranged a room change.
As a bonus, I got to stay in another room that I had been hoping to try—all within the same trip.

A heartfelt thank you to Khun Tae - the General Manager
Khun Nim - the Front Office Manager, and every member of the team I met during my stay.
You made my Chiang Mai trip feel genuinely warm, welcoming, and unforgettable.
