Abbiamo trovato tutto il personale dell’hotel estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale. Dalla pulizia delle camere al bar, dal ristorante alla reception, abbiamo sempre incontrato persone sorridenti, attente e pronte ad aiutare.
Vogliamo ringraziare in modo particolare il Sig. Enrico, responsabile di sala, per la sua professionalità e gentilezza; Sofia, Francesca e Vittoria del bar, sempre disponibili e cordiali; e soprattutto il Sig. Antonio alla reception, una persona davvero eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti.
Un grande grazie anche alle signore delle pulizie, di cui purtroppo non conosciamo i nomi, ma che hanno svolto il loro lavoro con grande attenzione e professionalità.
In realtà, il nostro ringraziamento va a tutto lo staff: siete tutti bravissimi e avete contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Purtroppo la struttura non è all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, ma purtroppo dobbiamo segnalare diversi aspetti della struttura che, a nostro avviso, non sono assolutamente all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle.
La sala di ricevimento ci è sembrata molto semplice e priva di arredamenti e dettagli adeguati alla categoria dichiarata della struttura.
Il problema più grave, però, è il parcheggio. I posti auto disponibili non sembrano essere sufficienti rispetto al numero degli ospiti e trovare un posto è spesso molto difficile. Anche nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura è praticamente impossibile trovare parcheggio.
Inoltre, l’accesso al parcheggio presenta barriere e difficoltà di manovra che riteniamo assolutamente inadeguate. Nel nostro caso, durante una manovra, abbiamo danneggiato una gomma e un cerchio dal valore di circa 1.000 euro. Il problema è stato ancora più grave perché eravamo nel mese di agosto e trovare immediatamente una gomma disponibile è stato praticamente impossibile, costringendoci a rimanere fermi per quattro giorni.
A questo si è aggiunto un altro problema: durante la nostra permanenza è stato effettuato il trattamento/innaffiamento del giardino con prodotti o acqua che sono finiti sulle automobili, in particolare sulla nostra. Poiché la macchina è rimasta ferma per diversi giorni a causa del problema alla gomma, quando siamo tornati a utilizzarla abbiamo trovato la carrozzeria macchiata. Purtroppo, ancora oggi le macchie non sono andate via nemmeno dopo il lavaggio.
Ci ha inoltre sorpreso negativamente il fatto che, nonostante la situazione, nessuno si sia preoccupato di verificare le condizioni dell'auto o di provvedere almeno a un lavaggio, considerando che era stata esposta direttamente agli spruzzi durante la manutenzione del giardino.

Camera frumoasă , mâncarea bună și piscina cu apa sărată excelentă
Die wunderschöne Lage direkt am Meer, die gepflegte Anlage und die Pools haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Es gab nichts Wesentliches, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Przez 4 dni brak klimatyzacji i dość slabe informacje od personelu, powolna obsługa śniadań, brak szklanek i uprzątniętych stolików około pół godziny przed końcem śniadania, tylko 2 ekspresy do kawy na śniadaniu, łazienki do odnowienia , dość drogi bar przy basenie
