brak klimatyzacji oraz bardzo słabe WiFi zdecydowanie obniżają moją ocenę.

śniadanie choć mało urozmaicone było smaczne. Piękny widok z balkonu na morze. Blisko do miasta i do kamienistej plaży (piaszczysta oddalona o około 8 km). Basen zadbany.

Cons:

WiFi było tragiczne choć miałam wykupiony super szybki internet, to w godzinach popołudniowo-wieczornych korzystanie z WiFi było niemal niemożliwe. Hotel zdecydowanie nie spełnia kryterium 5-gwiazdkowego - max 4 gwiazdki. Moje zdziwienie wzbudziły odpadające od balkonów tynki. No i w połowie tygodniowego wyjazdu w całym hotelu padła klimatyzacja, co przy ponad 30 stopniach na dworze zdecydowanie utrudniało funkcjonowanie, a zwłaszcza odpoczynek w nocy. Hotel w żaden sposób nie próbował zrekompensować gościom tej istotnej niedogodności. Wentylatory nie były dostępne. Woda w ilości jednej butelki na pokój.

Un superbe séjour dans un cadre très agréable !
Pros:

Tout était parfait, de la qualité de la literie, la chambre avec vue sur la mer, les repas déjeuner et diner parfaits, la gentillesse du Personnel, la piscine et enfin le lieu permettant de se rendre en 10 minutes à pied au centre d'Alghero.

Parfait, hôtel qui justifie ses 5 étoiles et son tarif !

Pros:

The pool area was lovely,clean with sunloungers and parasols. Fresh towels always available.

Cons:

This hotel is not a 5star hotel. Parts of the hotel are in need of renovation. This could have been overlooked if it was made up for in service. The service in the pool bar area was awful particularly the tall bar man. He was rude and obnoxious,not only to customers but to staff too.
Scan to pool area facility didn’t work and food and drinks way overpriced. Twice the price of bars/restaurants a few minutes walk away.
Breakfast was nice but very basic.
Room was very small but the air conditioning was very good.

Okay, well looked after staff very good, however very expensive for what you get not sure how it’s rated as a 5 star hot
