the property is lovely and would be great for a big family get together it is in a really nice area
Cons:

I contacted the owner and said I would be arriving between 3.30 and 4.00 pm when I arrived the gate was locked I called and messaged Maggie several times however her phone was switched off I then contacted Booking.com the Lady helping me was awesome. she coulnt contact Maggie either I was asked to wait 45 minuets and then I would be helped to find another place to stay this was very stressful as I had to go to a function at 5.30 pm Maggie finally arrived at 5.15 pm i asked what happend, she said she had to take a friend home with wich I said I told you when I was arrieving and youre phone is swiched off with tht she said that i t was out of battery. When we walked in the was a man who Maggie said live's there full time. The room was large with 3 beds it looked nice I did ask if the heating could be turned on as the house was cold. I had to leave for my function, Maggie left a heater outside my door for when I came back. I was not aware that there are cats at this property they are placed in a cat enclosure outside at night and let out to run around the outside of the house during the day however there is a kitten living in the laundary which was very smelly. I am allergic to cats. all the kitchen surfasece were grimmy I only made a coffee on Saturday morning using my own coffee as it was not cleare what was the tenents or what I could use the frige wasnt very clean either. Saturday afternoon when i came back from being out some friends or family came into the house to have a look around which I found a bit strange.

Pros:

The tennis court, pool table and cinema were all amazing. The house is lovely and I like how the rooms had multiple beds to make it more affordable for our group.

Cons:

There was another person living in the same area which was a little weird but they stayed in their room almost the entire time so it wasn't much of an issue.

Overall was a good guesthouse with great amenities
Pros:

Was a fantastic guest house with a great indoor pool and sauna. The cinema was an added bonus. Great location to Warrandyte and easy to find.

Cons:

Bed didn’t have a top sheet and the bathroom could do with a good clean, floor was sticky and could have done with a dust in the room.
Bins in the kitchen could be emptied more regularly.

Pros:

Owners went above and beyond to accommodate us! Very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful retro house.

Cons:

Bathroom door handle broken and broken cupboard. Could do with a bit of matinance.
We were surprised when told the booking did not include the entertainment area. But again they were very accommodating due to it being my wedding day.

Maggie's guesthouse is perfect for a relaxing holiday, we'll be back and bring some friends!
Pros:

Maggie's house is perfect for a home away from home holiday. The pool was very clean, my kids certainly enjoyed it. We also enjoyed the billiards and the barbecue area. Maggie and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a very relaxing stay, the family room is huge and with super comfortable bed.

Cons:

My husband loves to sing but the karaoke machine was not working, other, than that it was perfect!
