Pros:

It is our second trip, liked everything so far, they manage to maintain the high quality from our previous year experience. Although, some things, like food, became a bit more standard, it is still very good. Wi-fi was much better than last year.

Cons:

Greater variety of food at the restaurant, maybe. But that is from excellent to perfect.

Pros:

Very nice spa & pools, amazing location, very good food (lots of options, very diverse), helpful staff

Cons:

They could do with a little bit more attention to detail and variety especially regarding activities for children. Also, the wifi connection was not very good.
