Pros:

The location is really good. There are several fast-food restaurants within about a two-minute walk, as well as cafés nearby, so it was very convenient for getting food and finding places to sit and relax.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel around 6:00 PM, which was already 3 hours after the standard check-in time of 3:00 PM, so we expected the room to be fully prepared. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, I noticed that the pillowcase had some kind of substance on it and did not look clean. There were also no towels in the room.

I asked a member of the room service team to change the pillowcase and provide us with towels, which they did. Later that evening, I went to the reception to explain the situation. The staff told me that they would arrange for the room to be cleaned and made up the following day to make sure everything was properly cleaned.

I appreciated that they took the issue seriously and offered to address it, but honestly, I expected the room to be clean and fully prepared before we checked in. Overall, the cleanliness of the room at check-in was disappointing.

There was no walking path between one south or mrt so we had to walk with cars since the path from back of the building is too far away
