Cons:

You conform my Hotel at VRJ Rsidency 400 mts from Chennai Trade centre but you given Hotel at Service Tree apt abt 8 km fromChennai Trade centre.Last year same date at stayed at VRJ Residency.This year ur accomodation is very very bad.

Pros:

Stayed here because of the good offer, and overall it was decent for the price. The rooms were okay, and the place is suitable for budget travelers. However, the actual experience did not fully match the photos shown online, and the surrounding area was not as appealing as expected.
The booking included free breakfast, but due to a gas issue the hotel could only provide idli, with some food brought from a nearby shop. As I'm not used to Indian food, the breakfast was not to my taste.
That said, considering the budget-friendly price, it was an acceptable stay. Good option for travelers looking for an affordable place rather than a luxury experience.

When I arrived, they denied my booking inspite of advance payment and confirmation from Fab Hotels.
Cons:

AC was not working for my entire duration of stay. In spite of several requests, they could not do anything. It was extremely uncomfortable to stay there.
