Pros:

The O2 bar and infinity pool is nice. Location is also nice as it is near sm aura. Place was clean (except for a small ipis in the CR).

Cons:

It was a bit of a hassle to check in. Had to wait and host was difficult to contact. Also, we discovered that you can book the same place AT A CHEAPER PRICE and the hotel's price includes breakfast pa.

I had prepayed ..But the STUPID girl at the front desk would not let me in ..So there i was late in the evening with NO PLACE to stay ! -I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK !!!

Pros:

perfect location
employees are super friendly

Cons:

The place is very old and not really renovated…
they do not tell you that you have to wait in lobby after checkout for inspection..
So at 12, it gets completely overcrowded and super loud and annoying
One could wait in the room for inspection and then can immediately leave..

You should optimize your processes.

Pros:

Great location, a short walk to high street. The apartment is not big, but it has all the facilities and equipment you might need. Great value for money.

Cons:

There is a washing machine, but no soap is provided. A couple of single use washing powder sachets would be perfect.

一泊4500ペソBGCではお得と思う。
Pros:

部屋は新しく大変きれいで、SMモールの入り口まで歩いて1分目の前です。

Cons:

部屋に蚊が非常に多く対処不可能。テレビはNetflixのみでYou Tubeも見れませんでした。

Love the place and its location
Pros:

Concierge and reception were helpful. I can walk to SM aura, market market, ayala mall and bonifacio high street. I love that there's a washing machine too, very handy when you brought only a few clothes.

Cons:

The lift took a long time.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location and easy access to the apartment. Staff very kind and helpful. The apartment is equipped with all the essentials. Water and coffee is provided.

Cons:

The windows are hardly soundproofing and it is super noisy throughout the night. I have encountered small cockroaches running happily through the bed and crossing the bathroom. It is a common thing in Manila and simple spraying of the apartment would have helped.
