Pros:

Atención, limpieza, mantenimiento de instalaciones.
Almohadas buenas, batallo mucho para encontrar hotel con buenas almohadas (ni muy altas ni muy bajas).

Cons:

Tiene dos aires acondicionados dentro de la habitación. Uno interno y otro general del piso. El segundo no se puede controlar evidentemente y a veces uno quiere dormir sin aire y sin ese ruido continuo.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly, it was walking distance to beach and stores.

Cons:

There was only one elevator working at a time and after 8am it would take you over 20minutes to get an elevator. When you're on the top floor the stairs arent the first option

Muy buena en todo excepto el tema del elevador, en general estoy muy contenta con todo.

Nos tocó que uno de los elevadores no funcionaba y la espera era mucha con un solo elevador.

Volvería a ir sin dudarlo.
Pros:

El lugar 10 de 10, el personal súper atento y amigable. La comida también está a muy rica. Mi familia y yo no tuvimos oportunidad de meternos a la piscina pero se veía muy limpia y espaciosa. Muy recomendable el lugar.

Cons:

El único pero fue la falla técnica de uno de los elevadores por lo cual si teníamos que hacer mucha espera y en una ocasión usar las escaleras, lo cual para mí mamá quien usa bastón si fue un inconveniente importante. Fuera de eso, 10 de 10.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator worked.. Taking forever waiting for it. We were staying at the 6th floor... so no option just waiting for the elevator every time.
