Convenient but frustrating!
Pros:

Cleanliness, staff friendliness. Dinner in restaurant was very good.

Cons:

Shuttle service - I was told to proceed to door 8 at YUL and call the hotel for the shuttle. I expected either a direct access telephone, or regular telephone at that location. Instead there was a list of hotels and phone numbers - what is one supposed to do if one does not have a cell phone? Not everyone does you know! When I finally got the shuttle he passed us by the first time and we had to wait another 20 minutes for him to come back. This is after a 7.5 hour flight through 6 time zones. We did not need the extra hassle. The TV's were completely inoperable with ridiculous controls and no instructions on how to use them. In essence they were useless wall decorations!

Pros:

Very comfy bed and good standard of buffet breakfast provided. Parking was more than ideal and free, also a reliable shuttle service to/from airport. Would recommend for a night or 2 whilst travelling.

Cons:

Outside could do with some tlc (paint, weeding trash cleanup)

I recommend not to stay there again,they over charged x4 and not even security deposit back
