L’emplacement, personnel de l’accueil agréable, restauration sur place.

Cons:

Accepte les animaux, mais ne mets rien a disposition contrairement a d'autre hotel, qui offre litiere et gamelle. Départ tarif impossible.

Une grande aventure mais pas dans le bon sens du terme

La propreté et l’accès facile

Cons:

Nous avons eu une mésaventure avec notre réservation. Alors que nous arrivons à peine à l’aéroport de Montréal vers 21h15 (notre heure en Belgique 03h30 du matin), notre recevons une information via Booking que notre réservation est annulée car notre carte bancaire n’est pas valide. Épuisé, nous décidons quand même de nous rendre à la réception de l’hôtel. Le Monsieur très « administratif » mais poli nous explique que c’est la règle. Énervé nous demandons qu’il nous trouve une solution car il n’est pas normal que cette réservation soit annulée alors que nous n’avons même pas eu l’occasion de nous expliquer. Nous avons finalement pu avoir une chambre et sommes allés nous coucher à 23h30 (heure de la Belgique : 6h du matin). Je précise que nous avons utilisé ailleurs le lendemain la carte et que cela fonctionnait parfaitement

We stayed 1 night as we were flying out again the following day, would recommend

Friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms, just 5 minutes away from the airport with the free shuttle service.

Cons:

We couldn’t contact the hotel with the numbers that had been provided to get the free shuttle from the airport, but managed to get in one when it came to collect other passengers.
