Great place to stay
Pros:

Facilities are great: pool hot tub, sauna, shuttle. Nice to have a little restaurant on site, although the service could be improved there. (Waitress was found on her phone in kitchen when I went looking after she “disappeared,” and we needed our check)

Other than that blip. Great place we would return

Cons:

The door latch to our balcony needed repairs. Bizarre that there was a dishwasher, but not one dish, glass, spoon or anything.🤷‍♀️

Leaking room and management that takes zero responsibility.
Pros:

Close to the airport.

Cons:

Water leaked into our room during heavy rain and accumulated on the floor near the window. We provided video proof and the hotel still refused any compensation, blaming us for not reporting it in the middle of the night after we were already in bed. Terrible customer service and very disappointing handling of the situation.

Politesse des chauffeurs de navettes.

Cons:

Publicité laissant présumer que le stationnement est inclus pendant notre voyage. La navette vers l'aéroport est gratuite alors les gens présument que le stationnement l'est aussi, mais des frais de plus de 200 $ sont ajoutés pour laisser notre voiture sur place. De plus, prévoyez 30 min. après votre appel afin que la navette vienne vous chercher a l'aéroport et non 10 min. tel que décrit dans la publicité.
