The transit hotel was just as mentioned in the booking site and with all the amenities mentioned. After a tiring flight and a long transit delay, I could secure my baggage, take a shower in peace and sleep there comfortably until my next flight. The locker system works is a cupboard with a code so you can secure your hand carry and freely explore the transit.
There is even provision of discounted offers in some restaurants that Kepler refers to for dinner or just grabbing a bite.
The staffs were also very polite, friendly and helpful.
The beds were comfortable and clean with built in alarm in each pod. I specially liked the sound of the oean waves to help me fall asleep. The staff even help you wake up if you request them politely.
The morning option of warm water, complementrary tea or coffee was also a plus point.
All of these services and amenities within a transit hotel is a great value for money in my opinion.
Fabulous location - right in the Terminal 1, it was great solution to a long transfer wait. Have used them twice and definitely would come back again.

The other guests have no respect I couldn’t sleep because someone’s phone kept dinging then 2 people came in talking and I had to say SSSSHHH twice before they got the hit to stop
Also they cleaned the pod above mine but had wave machine noise to loud also not letting me sleep
I had anticipated with 61/2 hours to get a few hours sleep but only managed about 45 minutes
I do not blame the hotel they have strict rules but if people ignore them it affects everyone else

The instruction to find the hotel. It was misleading. It said Gate C33 and it was near there. It was at a different level near the Starbucks. Very poor or misleading instructions to the location
