I had a really good experience at Treebo Regency during my recent stay. We genuinely enjoyed our time here.

* Staff:
The team was extremely cooperative, especially the front desk. They took the time to understand our requirements and suggested the best options to make our stay comfortable. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stood out.

* Housekeeping:
The rooms were managed well and kept clean. There is still some room for improvement in this area, and with a little more attention to detail, they can easily take the experience to the next level.

* Complimentary Breakfast:
The breakfast quality was consistently maintained, and we were satisfied with the options provided.

* Teamwork:
Overall, the coordination and teamwork across the hotel were impressive. You can see that the staff works well together, which reflects in the guest experience.

A pleasant stay overall, and I would consider returning on my next visit to Pune.

Pros:

I had requested for a late check through Booking.com, but that request was not accepted at the time of check in.
I would like to mention a few things Food is excellent at the hotel.

Cons:

Few tits and bits have to be worked on like lift call button at the fourth doesn't work. Lift really needs to be redone as to aesthetics are concerned.
It was astonishing to see the Front office staff in rubber slippers the whole day.....
