Le prix un peu abusé et moi la gastronomie c’est joli mais pas mon truc,une rondelle de homard pour définir un plat de homard c’est juste ,au moins une demie queue… la douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement et beaucoup de critères définis sur Booking dans la chambre non existant .

Excellent food, & fantastic value. Drinks were expensive, but to be expected in such an establishment, but top quality wines.

Eher nicht. Das Essen im Hausrestaurant am ersten Abend war ausgezeichnet und etwas sehr Besonderes. Auch der Service war aussergewöhnlich, aber etwas zu provessionel.

Cons:

Ein bisschen demode von der Einrichtung, aber auch die Infrastruktur.
Am zweiten Besuchstag war Betriesfrei, das Frühstück klappte, aber ansonsten war der Rest des Tages kein Mensch zu hören/sehen, ohne eine Information zu bekommen. Ein bisschen daneben.
Nebenbei; Das Bad mit Waschtisch (WC sep.) ist im offen Zimmer, das geht ja und ist geschmacksache, aber duschen in der offenen Badewanne ist nicht jedermanns wunsch?!

All focus on the signature dinners : nothing on the bedrooms.
Pros:

The degustation dinner.

Cons:

No communal outside space.
VERY expensive breakfasts.
No clothes cupboards - hanging only.
Our bedroom overlooked the dinning room - no privacy.
When the dinning staff were off duty or it was a non- dining day then there were NO staff on duty.

Restaurant, duur voor het geen het is. We hebben tijdens onze vakantie voor 1/4 goedkoper beter gegeten. Zou niet mogen. Wij doen jaarlijks 10 Michelin * restaurants maar dit was hem zeker niet waard. Mooie locatie goede bediening, eten was gewoon ons ding niet op elk gerecht was er iets over te vertellen wat niet goed zat
