O hotel é belíssimo, muito bem decorado, localização excepcional, 15 min de carro do V&A, vista belíssima, quarto amplo e bem decorado, banheiro bonito também, no topo de uma montanha, com uma beleza ao redor de tirar o fôlego!
Funcionários muito invasivos, questionam várias vezes o que você fará, que horas irá tomar café da manhã, se irá jantar com eles, o seu roteiro para poder tentar vender algum serviço a você, e isso não é questionado uma vez e sim diversas ao longo de um mesmo dia, todos os dias, vários funcionários diferentes… eu achei bem cansativo, e às vezes chegávamos correndo para entrar logo no nosso quarto, buscando alguma privacidade e não sermos questionados de tudo.

Nathan the house manger made sure to really look after us, and Harry our driver was fantastic! Such a great experience, we would 100% recommend. Also the views are insane.
Everything in this property is best and with the view of table mountain and lion head the property is worth the price mentioned. Breakfast are best. Brother shak (property arranged driver) is the best man in capetown who can feel you as his family member . His hospitality is at best in every way.

This hotel does not live up to the standards of a five-star property, let alone a luxury hotel. While our suite was attractive, it was far from comfortable. We were disappointed by the lack of attention from the Executive housekeeper, who came across as cold and unwelcoming, indeed we never once saw the hotel manager despite the property’s small size, which felt quite neglectful.
- The bed was poorly made
Access to the parking area was inconvenient, and the food was not at the level expected of a luxury hotel. As a result, we chose to have both lunch and dinner elsewhere.
- Staff should wear name badges so they can be properly identified, and their uniforms should be the correct size. After all, slavery was abolished a long time ago.
The hotel left a very positive impression. What I especially loved was its intimate, boutique feel — it never feels crowded, everything is calm and private, which is a big plus for me.
The location is beautiful, and the views are truly stunning, especially if you choose a sea-view suite. It’s one of those places where reality matches (and sometimes even exceeds) expectations.
Breakfast is served à la carte — delicious, well-presented, and thoughtfully prepared without any rush.
Overall, the service stands out: the team is ready to assist with almost anything, from in-room massages to small details that make your stay more comfortable.
It’s definitely a place with a special atmosphere — one you want to come back to.
