Very disappointing experience. I was given a room on the top 5th floor, which felt more like a staff room than a proper guest room. There was no proper lift access to the room, and climbing all those stairs with luggage was extremely difficult and exhausting.
To make things worse, there was no proper water supply in the room. The room itself was not up to the standard I expected, and the overall experience was extremely uncomfortable.
I had booked the property expecting a decent stay, but after just around two hours, I decided to leave because the basic facilities were not available.
I would strongly recommend the management to improve the rooms, water supply, accessibility and basic guest facilities before taking bookings. Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the money.

Lizards in the room. When I order something from Blinkit or Zomato , i need to call to the reception that send my order in room as my room was on 5th floor. Their Service was slow . Toilet had a very bad smell and someone's underwear was in bathroom's dustbin.

Spend 2-3 Euros more and you easily find a much better place to stay in Amistra.
The room was very compact there wasn't enough space to move inside . and there was no ventilation no window staff was okay
