Ingen av hotell arbeidere smilte (overslitne lite bemanning),dette viser arbeidsmiljø på plassen.
Mye venting på plass ved mat tid, lite bemanning.
Lite badehåndklær fikk ikke nok

Szép, jó helyen, szép környezetben található a szálloda.
Pros:

Tökéletesnek, és finomnak találtam az ennivalókat.
Az italokat már kevésbé.

Cons:

Takarítás nem nagyon volt, és az ásványvizet sem töltötték fel a szobámban. A szobatakarító hölgy az utolsó 3 napban nem is járt a szobában, és nem is takarított, pedig a folyosón kinn volt a takarítókocsi. A szobám a harmadik emeleten volt.

Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó hely, finom változatos ételek, kedves személyzet.
Pros:

Finom ételek, nagy választék az étkezéseknél, sok salátaféle, finom zöldségek. Minden dolgozó kedves volt. Tetszettek a csúszdák is.

Cons:

Nem volt rendes szekrény a szobában, egy akasztós szekrény lett volna, de alig volt benne vállfa. A csúszdákat csak délután 4-ig lehet használni. Kicsit lehasználtak a bútorok.

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I give it a perfect 10! The guest relations manager, Mehmet, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the beach and pools were absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic experience!"

Sehr sauberes Hotel, freundliches Personal und gute Lage – ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Auch die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und gut erreichbar. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt ebenfalls, ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.“

Miły personel, bardzo uprzejmy. Wiele udogodnień: blisko plaża jakieś 150-200 metrow, dla nie lubiących spacerow, do godz.18 wożą na plażę melexy. Śniadania od 8 do 9.30, obiady od 12.30 do 14.00 dla osób, które nie chcą wracać z plaży do hotelu jedzenie również serwowane na plażowym Lido : hamburgery, frytki, sałatki.Dosc duży wybór. Wino słabej jakosci. Dla osób lubiących piwo w typie Choroby dość dobra podróba Efez.3 windy w hotelu. Ogólna ocena bardzo dobra lecz nie mam dużego porównania bo w Turcji byłam pierwszy raz. Minusem są kamieniste plaże, a właściwie 2-3 od morza, bez butów do wody proponuje się nie wybierać.Buty do zakupienia w hotelu lub każdym innym sklepie w pobliżu.Blisko ok. 20 km przepiękna starówka w Side, można się porozumieć i przede wszystkim potargować po Polsku.

W zasadzie wszystko było ok. Jeśli chodzi o sam hotel.Natomiast ciężko wybrac adekwatnie wycieczkę są albo zbyt intensywne. Ogolnie jednak bez tragedii i adekwatne do ceny. Dramat ceny zdjęć podczas wycieczek 10 euro za zdjęcie ze zwierzakiem (każdym z osobna w ZOO).
