Not value for money
Pros:

The property is unsafe there are a lot of people coming in and out of the building. Since the main glass door is always open.

Cons:

The property is not maintained there are cockroaches in the ceiling. Dust on the chandelier and behind the TV. The sliding door on the cabinet is damaged which is difficult to open and it might be broken anytime. The most disappointing part is that they advertised that there was a washing machine on the bathroom, but unfortunately there is none. I need to pay $20 for a bag laundry outside the building. The owner didn’t check on me during my stay. Not value for money.

The place is small but very comfortable, very convenient place its close to everything we enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Son emplacement idéal près du Mall Of Asia, son coin salon très agréable et la piscine de la résidence même si celle ci est payante.

Cons:

Les photos montrent la chambre au tout début, les années d’utilisation ont passé depuis mais ça n’enlève pas le côté agréable de l’endroit.
