Good, friendly and comfortable place to stay
Pros:

The staff, very hospitable and accommodating. The requests and add-ons asked were handled well.

Cons:

Payment for services - it was almost immediate payment for getting tea, or even any other room service like water bottles. I would appreciate it if these were jotted and asked to be paid at the end when people check out. Makes it a seamless experience.

The bed was ok

Cons:

The dirt on the windows and mirrors.

The fact that our taxi was not allowed to come and pick up our luggage because there was a function later. I had to shout so the taxi could come and pick up what was already down. After i went back to my room to finish picking the luggage, (5mn) the taxi had been sent back by the reception. I was angry and called back the taxi.

There are no towels in the bathroom. Only soap was provided no dental and shaving kit
