Location was good , comfort stay and good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was very delicious and healthy. It covered both North and South dishes.

Cons:

Room fridge should have soft drinks with rate list , if consumed should be charged while check out.

Only the service is good

Cons:

Often powercut, lift didnt work in powercut. No cleanliness in room and rest rooms, a/c didnt work properly. Rooms were dirt and garbages which kept by previous stayed person.

Value for money, but do not expect service.
Cons:

The staff appeared not well trained and lacked confidence; they were unable to provide complete information about the US Consulate drop-off facility. When we arrived late at night, there were no staff present at the gate. The smart-card door lock to our room malfunctioned. Breakfast quality was good, but there were too few staff members to properly attend to guests.

Cons:

Whenever I booked double queen bed, but I got it room with two separate single bed, not comfortable stay for us.
