Great stay, I would definitely recommend
Pros:

Excellent staff. Very helpful people. The breakfast was amazing too. Comfortable rooms albeit small. Excellent if you’re in Chennai for business. And it’s in close proximity to many other facilities.

Cons:

I did not like the extra door in the room.

It is centrally located. Regular room service. that's all.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny, the food is okay, but the dining experience was very disappointing, almost hostel like.
The bathrooms are small as well.

Wouldn’t go back for sure.
Pros:

Staff were very hospitable

Cons:

The housekeeping left a lot to be desired.
Safe wasn’t working and a technician turned up after 30mts and left promising to bring a spare but didn’t turn up owing to which had to carry valuables bought to attend a wedding in person.

Only the location near to consulate

Cons:

The food, room was very congested and even the AC was not cold throughout the night, fridge was not working. It’s was a couple checkin but everything was just 1 piece. We had to ask for everything second piece, and the staff was getting agitated.

So we want to order a food she said more than 2 hours will be waiting time and I told her landline is not working im calling you from my mobile please fix the landline like that I told she said I will try to send the person but till we checked out no one have showed . Even if we ask any doubt there is no response from the receptionist also while checking out there is no pleasant way of replying . We paid nearly 10500 but over all it was a very worst experience not worth for money

Overall, I will not recommend this facility to any family.
Pros:

I would like to highlight specially about room size, cleanliness and service.
Room size is very small even not suitable for one person. When we travel with family not at all suitable. Washroom size you can't imagine, very difficult to take shower.
Cleanliness is very bad, especially washroom, and water served is top up with normal water and the bottles were not cleaned properly.
Servies: All the staff was in their own zone they don't care about customers and the response at breakfast area is awkward.
