В разное время жила во всех типах номеров этого отеля: все чисто, комфортно, удобно. Хороший напор воды в душе; можно заказать еду в номер из ресторана. Бассейн утолил жажду купания в непогоду.
Персонал очень приветливый, отдельное спасибо madam Zu.
В ванной на балконе забыли сделать душевой шланг: можно набрать воду в ванну и слить, а сполоснуть ее и себя нельзя

Close to everything, breakfast was good
We only stayed in Karon for a couple of days coming from Kamala Beach so didn’t really like Karon , too touristy, the hotel was ok but the pool looked a bit murky there was a power strike the 1st day (not the hotels fault)
Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, clean, and housekeeping maintained it every day. I especially loved the location — the beach is only a 2-minute walk away. The view from the room was amazing as well.
The hotel also has a restaurant right at the entrance, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and all the staff members were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive.
A special thank you to the administrator for being so responsible and for preparing our room earlier than the standard check-in time. We truly appreciated it.
I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
Everything was good
The beach is very close. Just outside the hotel. The room was spacious with nice furniture. We enjoyed the balcony.
The restaurant is very smart. All the meals were lovely presented. Very reasonable priced. Highly recommended. The pool area is enjoyable. Very relaxing.

The Baan Sailom Hotel is located in an excellent location. It's near to the beach and you can find everything you need around the hotel. If you want to venture to Patong, you can take a tuktuk, which is a great experience and cost you 200 BHT. The restaurant of the hotel is great and the staff is very friendly. The hotel and the rooms are spotless. I can fault the hotel at all. I strongly recommend the hotel. We loved it.
I liked everything.
The location was superb! Walk out the door, turn right, walk 1/2 block, cross the street and your toes are in the sand.
My ocean view room had that classic palm tree ocean view. I did look over a roof, but still, it was a wow!
The staff recognized me as I came and went. They made me feel like I belonged there.
My room was refreshed every day. And every day my towels were folded to a different shape - swans, lotus flowers and elephants. That made me chuckle!
No hand towel in the room, but I think that's a SE Asia thing.
