L hamman e il bagno turco non sono utilizzabili perchè in ristrutturazione.
La finestra della camera assegnatoci al 4 piano non aderiva e si sentiva tutto dall esterno.
Siamo arrivati alle 9,30 e abbiamo perso la prima cena e non ci hanno offerto né un cestino né un pranzo per il giorno dopo.
La colazione solo passabile.
L addetto al ricevimento mi ha prenotato un taxi suo amico per l aereoporto a 45,00 euro tutto compreso e quando abbiamo effettuato il viaggio il taxista mi ha chiesto 58,00, disonesto e l addetto non affidabile.
Sostanzialmente non vi andrei più è pieno lì intorno di alberghi più validi allo stesso prezzo o poco più.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Istiklal Street. It is very clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Murad for his kind assistance during the check-in process. His warm welcome and helpful attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Θα ξαναπηγαινα
Pros:

Όμορφος χώρος άνετο δωμάτιο για 4 άτομα πολύ μεγάλο μπάνιο.Συγκεκριμενα ήταν δίχωρο
Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και εξυπερετικοτατο εκτός από τις καθαρίστριες που δεν είδαμε ποτέ στο δωμάτιο!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons:

Δυστυχώς δεν μπήκαν καμμία μέρα για να καθαρίσουν .Εμείς ζητούσαμε πετσέτες η χαρτί τουαλέτας και τις 6 διανυκτερεύσεις που κάναμε..Επίσης στο δωμάτιο που μέναμε από κάτω είναι μπαρ τέρμα μουσική και φωνές μέχρι τις 3-4 το πρωί και πάλι το μεσημέρι μια μέρα μόνο ήταν κλειστό...Το είπαμε στην ρεσεψιόν και αμέσως προσφέρθηκαν να μας αλλάξουν ξενοδοχείο πιο δίπλα που είναι της ίδιας εταιρείας αλλά είχε 2 διαφορετικά δωμάτια και δεν ήθελα λόγω παιδιών.
Το πρωινό πολύ φτωχό για τα δεδομένα Ελλάδας..Φαγητό στο δίπλα ξενοδοχείο επίσης φτωχό κάθε μέρα ακριβώς το ίδιο!!!!!!!!!!!Νόστιμο όμως !!!!!

Convenient if you need to be close to the vibrant Istanbul experience.
Pros:

That’s its close to takseem, Galata tower and istiklal street. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom had a slight bad odor. Same light switch for bathroom and room which wasn’t convenient. Tv wasn’t working, part of curtain was out of its place.
Wasn’t very close to bus or metro, the minimum was a 5 min walk and doesn’t get you everywhere or maybe I didn’t have a good transport map.

Треснутая раковина. Качающийся унитаз. Надорванный шланг в душе. Пыль в номере. В ночь на 20/07 электрик под окном включил компрессор, разбудив этим за 5 часов до отъезда.

تعامل الموظفين كان جداً ممتاز في كل شي وخصوصاً الموظف مراد عمر كان بشوش جداً وخدوم ، ومكان جيداً جداً كموقع قريب من كل شي يخص السائح اسواق ومحلات تجاريه ومطاعم

L’emplacement, la disponibilité des équipes de réception (Rohullah Murat, Asad, et le reste de l’équipe dont je ne connais pas les noms), le travail des équipes du housekeeping, le petit déjeuner très variés et continuellement réapprovisionné, la vue sur le Bosphore.
