Pas beaucoup dormi mais comme je le pense le personnel vous fait oublier tout cela
Pros:

L’emplacement ainsi que la vue de la chambre directement sur le Bosfor, le personnel toujours souriant et vouloir faire de sont mieux et plus particulièrement borat à la réception le déjeuner est bien la propriété

Cons:

Le voilage des fenêtres qui n’était pas occultant donc pas beaucoup dormi le dîner pas à mon goût du tout la chambre trop petite et vétuste

Уютный отель, расположение удобное, рядом метро Шишане, Арбат Истикляль и башня Галаты. Тихий отель, не слышен утренний азан (если для кого-то это важно), персонал вежливый, благодарю за отзывчивость Мурата и парня из Узбекистана на ресепшен, ребята всегда были готовы помочь! Завтрак и ужин вкусные.

Расположение идеальное. Метро близко.

Персонал очень отзывчивый.
На ресепшне менеджер Murat помогал нам по всем вопросам, касательно маршрутов. Остались очень довольны.

Cons:

Интерьер староват, нужно обновить многое.

La ubicación. El tamaño de la habitación, tenía frigobar y cada día nos dejaban 3 botellitas de agua mineral.
Tenia desayuno bastante variado.
El personal excelente, especialmente Murat y Asod, muy amables y serviciales.
Tienen transfer al aeropuerto al mismo valor de un Uber

Cons:

La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear y muy poca iluminación.
La ducha estaba rota y una lámpara del baño quemada, pero reclamamos y lo solucionaron. Es un hotel un poco venido a bajo, necesita mantenimiento

Die Lage , das Personal, das Frühstück, der wunderschöne Meerblick von meinem Zimmer.
Da danke ich an der Rezeption den Yagiz, der mir es ermöglicht hat & er ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit & unterhaltsam. Ich kann dieses Hotel jeden empfehlen.

Pros:

My family and I really enjoyed the stay at Pera Rose Hote. The staff is amazing, helpful, and welcoming, especially Murat, Assad, and Omar. The room service is daily available. The breakfast is various and good. The location of the hotel is super good and near to Istiklal St. and the metro. The hotel entrance is friendly accessible to visitors with wheelchair ♿️.

Nous sommes venus en famille et nous avons passé un super séjour.
L’emplacement est au top, les chambres sont confortables et le petit déjeuner est bon.
Murat a su bien nous accueillir.

Very Good Experince
Pros:

Excellent Customer service from receptionist and buffet staff to the management. They were very caring, kind, sociable, articulate and still professional. I particularly thank Murat, the main receptionist, for offering us outstanding customer service and greatly taking care of us.

Good location: Taksim/ Istiklal, Metro, restaurant, shops and bars nearby; about 15 minutes walk to river side where you can get trams

Good breakfast - but you stay for more than a week you need some variation in the breakfast menu; for instance one day omelet the other egg with tomatoes and so on..

Good WiFi

Cons:

No Youtube or European or English Chanels;
TV were outdated - But they plan to install new TV with YouTube and other channel... Then, it would be good for their business to advertise their and partners' products and services...

Dinner - To be honest didn't like as were not tasty and mostly very salted or no salt at all...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was always friendly and professional. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made my stay very enjoyable.

I would especially like to thank Murad for his outstanding hospitality and excellent customer service. He was attentive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference during my stay.
