The swimming pool was not clean and the pool area was totally neglected. Broken tiles, old, uncomfortable sunbeds. It looked abandoned.

petit déjeuner que jusqu'à 10h dont la qualité, la fraîcheur et le choix des aliments ne sont pas dignes d'un château / restaurant fermé les lundis et les mardis / nettoyage de la suite à 16h / jacuzzi de la piscine qui ne fonctionne pas / le jour de notre départ : ni bonjour ni au revoir de la part de la propriétaire du château qui était à 2m de nous à la réception : elle nous a tout simplement ignorés

Tout était parfait. De l’accueil à la chambre et aux nombreux espaces proposés de grande qualité. Le dîner au restaurant était digne d’une grande table et le petit déjeuner un régal

Ich hatte echt hohe Erwartungen an diese Unterkunft und sie wurde bei weitem übertroffen. Unfassbar toller Ausblick, super großes und sauberes Zimmer, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bietet eigentlich alles, was man benötigt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Excellent stay in a stunning, high quality location
Pros:

Excellent premise and location. Awesome view of Mont Blanc and Lac d‘Annecy. Super modern and well furnished room in the squirrel house. Very nice breakfast, quality wise and in terms of atmosphere of the breakfast room.

Cons:

A few minor things: there aren’t any toilets near the pool and the next one is quite far away. The breakfast staff could also be more attentive and proactive. For example, dishes like eggs often go empty without anyone refilling them and they rarely approach tables to check for used dishes. It feels a bit like one has to constantly call them to do sth, instead of them realising it themselves.
