This is my second time here. I liked how things went 3 years ago. Recommended to my two other friends too and they stayed in the second room i booked. But this time it was not so pleasant. Will not come back again.
Asked the staff for extra key since we had to put our cameras on charge before we headed out. They refused saying theres only one key card but our friends in the next room got one when they requested. Staff during the night time was also a bit rude when my husband and also my friend asked a simple question. Had to carry our luggage all by ourselves. Even at checkout and checkin as well. Buffet was nothing special. Very few good halal options. Nothing special about this place.

The room overall was great, super view. The shower was the best ever.
Dining room for breakfast a little chaotic, staff a little slow to replace empty trays. We were there at the weekend so it was probably at its busiest. But everything else about the hotel was great.
