Pros:

Location was amazing, super close to it park in cebu and also the host was very responsive and friendly with everything. I stayed for 27 days a full month and no complaints about anything. The skyline views was amazing, could see all of cebu and mactan. The AC in the room is super and very easy to use, the TV had Netflix and YouTube all we need, the fridge was good also clean. Bathroom very clean and tidy. No bugs or pests at all even on balcony.

Cons:

Honestly there is nothing to dislike about it. If you want one honest opinion it would be the skydeck360 bar on the roof, there isnt much to eat and very slow service but that isnt part of the host control so this is not their fault.

Pros:

It was clean and tidy

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows cheap and uncomfortable. No wardrobe space and no cooking facilities and only one cup. Facilities in the room need much improvement

Simple yet Comfortable Stay Near IT Park
Pros:

I liked everything since it is within the city. Accessible if you have your motorcycle to stroll along near malls such as Ayala and Robinsons. I really did enjoy my stay at this place. Comfortable and relaxing. The staff of the condominium are respectful and nice.

Lowell and Archie made sure to answer all my queries so that's a plus. No hustle in check my check in and check out.

The city lights view at night is heavenly gooooooood.

I just hope the water in the main sink is working but not a big issue at all. 10/10 in my overall experience.

Cons:

None so far. I was not able to try the pool and gym so I cannot comment on that one.

Pros:

What I love about the Grand Residence is its location. It’s close to the IT Park, which we often visit, and the area isn’t crowded at all. The place is nice and simple, and I haven’t had any problems with it whatsoever.

Cons:

So far, I haven't had any problems with my stay. The place is good and nice overall. However, there are a few downsides: there’s no closet for clothes, check-in time is quite late at 3 PM, and there’s an extra charge to use the pool and gym. Also, the elevator is really slow and can get a bit crowded. That said, the room is clean and cool, and I’ve had a good stay.

My mom and I had a pleasant stay...
Pros:

Its cleanliness.

Cons:

The unit is good. I just didn't like the elevator because sometimes, we have to wait for a long time just to get to the unit and in going down, too.

I had to wait 2 hours for the key....
Could Not find my name for stay..... Had to wait in lobby ....
Area okay close to Ayala Center Mall 5 minute walk

Need to add guest name to list when someone books a room ...not have to wait all night......2 hours in lobby
