Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Riyadh Al Malaz. Everything was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel to the overall atmosphere.

The reception staff were especially kind, welcoming, and professional. They made the check-in process smooth and were always helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would be happy to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh.

The staff are nice
The room is exellent, comfy bed and very cold air condtional.
Our staying was amazing

Cons:

The air conditioning is very cold, which is great. However, the air blows directly onto the bed/face, and there is no fan speed level 1. The settings go from 0 to 2, then to 4. This should be adjusted.

The bathroom is very small and has a compact shower area.

The prices for coffee and room service are extremely high.

Although we checked in at 3:00 AM, the latest checkout time we were offered was 2:00 PM, even though the hotel was not busy at all.
