super Lage

Cons:

Es war ziemlich herubtergekommen. Der Küchenbereich und das Besteck war gar nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche roch unangenehm und die Handtücher auch.

Friendly, flexible, clean and well-located
Pros:

It’s the second time I stay at Baan Taley and I will come back again. These guys are so flexible. I had them change my room because I showed up with a friend and it wasn’t planned: no problem! Last time i wasn’t sure when I would leave: no problem! The rooms are really clean seem to have been renovated recently. Well-equipped, especially for that price. The owner is really friendly and does her best to make you happy. This place is a no-brainer, especially if you book a larger room with balcony, you will not regret it!

Cons:

The mattress was a bit stiff in the last room I got, but it was not the case the first time I stayed there.

Best location at the best price
Pros:

The owner was so nice, she accepted to extend my stay since my airline had made some changes to my flight. The room was impeccable: clean and modern. Good bed. They also help you rent a bike if needed. I will definitely go back there

Cons:

For that price, there is nothing to complain about. I love this place, the budget and the owner.

Pros:

An Thuongエリアのレストランやバーのあるロケーションにありながら、喧しさは感じない。何よりもオーナーらがとてもフレンドリーだ。

Große Unterschiede in der Qualität der Zimmer
Pros:

Es ist mitten im Zentrum und man ist in 200 Metern am Strand und viele Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.
Es gehört einer Familie und ich fand die Frau sehr nett.
Die Klima funktioniert gut.

Cons:

Da meine Freundin hier auch übernachtet hat und sie die Ausstattung super fand habe ich auch gebucht. Allerdings gibt es riesige Unterschiede in der Zimmerausstattung, obwohl der Preis identisch ist. Ihr Zimmer war groß mit Kochzeile und voll ausgestattet und vor allem ruhig und in meinem Zimmer war alles sehr gedrungen eng.
Mein Zimmer lag genau in der Schneise, so dass man die musikbeschallung der Bar, die darunter ist extrem hört bis fast Mitternacht. Leider haben auch Oropax nichts gebracht. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die Zimmer direkt daneben etwas leiser sind, da das nächste Haus direkt vor dem Fenster ist und so den Schall abfängt. Das Hotel kann natürlich nichts für den Lärm draußen aber das Zimmer in dem ich war, sollte preislich angepasst werden. Das Zimmer meiner Freundin lag auf der Seite des Aufzugs und war sehr angenehm ruhig.

Overall pretty good, with convenience and cost outweighing the minor negatives.
Pros:

Location was convenient and close to beach and good selection of vegan cafes and restaurants. Room was decent size with balcony (in the direction of the sea, but not a sea view) cooking and washing facilities as advertised.

Cons:

Construction of new hotel opposite was in progress (mid February 2026) though luckily no actual building work occurred during my stay as it was Tet (New Year). Due to the holidays and some unfortunate staffing circumstances, room could have been cleaner. Slight musty smell initially, but kept balcony window open for a bit which solved it. Also, small insects were intermittently visible around sink area. Bathroom drainage could have been better. Lighting was very clinical.
