Nettes Personal
Wir hatten ursprünglich ein höherwertiges Hotelzimmer gebucht und bezahlt, wurden vor Ort jedoch herabgestuft. Die Gründe dafür wurden uns erklärt und waren für uns grundsätzlich nachvollziehbar. Dennoch erwartet man von einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel deutlich mehr.
Weder Strandhandtücher noch kostenloses WLAN wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Für den Internetzugang musste zusätzlich bezahlt werden, obwohl dieser kaum bis gar nicht funktionierte. Auch die Pools empfanden wir als sehr klein, wobei das natürlich eine persönliche Einschätzung ist.
Die Herabstufung unseres Zimmers war bereits sehr enttäuschend. Hätten zumindest die übrigen Leistungen und der Service unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, wäre die Situation für uns wesentlich weniger schlimm gewesen. Das Essen war oke.

4* Location, Hotel and room size were all great.
Our family room was very sizeable with good air conditioning and fridge.
1* All inclusive. So glad we went bed and breakfast. The food was only passable at best. Drinks were one per customer and all in small disposable plastic cups. Bad for the environment and not a good experience for those who had paid for all inclusive.
2* Food - passable at best. Almost every meal we saw had questionable processed hot dogs which looked to be reheated for breakfast and lunch!
3* Entertainment. Extremely loud but mercifully finished early. Kids were barely entertained by any of the evening offerings. Daytime was more popular

Κλείσαμε ένα δωμάτιο με ιδιωτική πισίνα για δύο βράδια, καταβάλλοντας ένα αρκετά υψηλό ποσό, και δυστυχώς η συνολική εμπειρία μας δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας ούτε στην τιμή που πληρώσαμε.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο, ωστόσο η ιδιωτική πισίνα ήταν πολύ μικρή και, κατά την άποψή μας, δεν δικαιολογούσε σε καμία περίπτωση το υψηλό κόστος της διαμονής. Δυστυχώς, την πρώτη ημέρα αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα ακόμη πιο σοβαρό πρόβλημα, καθώς κατά τη διάρκεια του ντους εμφανίστηκε ζωντανή κατσαρίδα από το σιφώνι της ντουζιέρας. Ενημερώσαμε άμεσα τη ρεσεψιόν και προς τιμήν τους, μας πρότειναν αλλαγή δωματίου.
Το δεύτερο δωμάτιο ήταν μικρότερο, αλλά διέθετε μεγαλύτερη πισίνα. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, η πρώτη μας νύχτα ήταν αρκετά δύσκολη. Ο κλιματισμός ήταν κεντρικός και κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας δεν φαινόταν να λειτουργεί επαρκώς, με αποτέλεσμα η θερμοκρασία στο δωμάτιο να μην είναι άνετη και να δυσκολευτούμε αρκετά να κοιμηθούμε. Επιπλέον, το κρεβάτι δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα άνετο, γεγονός που επιβάρυνε ακόμη περισσότερο την ποιότητα της διαμονής μας.
Για όλους αυτούς τους λόγους, αποφασίσαμε τελικά να αποχωρήσουμε μία ημέρα νωρίτερα από την προγραμματισμένη αναχώρησή μας, προτιμώντας να επιστρέψουμε στο σπίτι μας για να μπορέσουμε να ξεκουραστούμε.
Θα θέλαμε, ωστόσο, να αναφέρουμε θετικά τη συμπεριφορά της υπεύθυνης στη ρεσεψιόν, η οποία ήταν ευγενική και προσπάθησε πραγματικά να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να κάνει ό,τι μπορούσε ώστε να αισθανθούμε καλύτερα. Μάλιστα, μας έδωσε τη δυνατότητα να γευματίσουμε και να δειπνήσουμε στο ξενοδοχείο, παρόλο που η κράτησή μας περιλάμβανε μόνο πρωινό. Εκτιμούμε ιδιαίτερα την προσωπική της προσπάθεια.
Δυστυχώς, όμως, η συνολική εμπειρία μας ήταν απογοητευτική. Για ένα κατάλυμα και μια διαμονή που κόστισαν τόσο ακριβά, περιμέναμε σαφώς υψηλότερο επίπεδο άνεσης, καθαριότητας και παροχών. Θεωρούμε ότι η σχέση ποιότητας–τιμής δεν ήταν σε καμία περίπτωση ικανοποιητική.
Κρίμα, γιατί περιμέναμε μια πραγματικά όμορφη και ξεχωριστή εμπειρία.

Smaczne jedzenie, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Spokojny kameralny hotel. Dużo animacji w ciągu dnia oraz wieczorami. Bardzo czystko. Koleżanka miała urodziny więc po obiedzie znalazła w swoim pokoju pyszny torcik oraz butelkę wina w prezencie. Personel bardzo pomocny w razie potrzeby. Hotel położony wzdłuż wielu pięknych plaż, w pobliżu mnóstwo sklepików, pubów oraz restauracji. Po zameldowaniu otrzymaliśmy pokój o standard wyżej, zamiast z widokiem na basen, otrzymaliśmy pokój na dole z bezpośrednimi dostępem do basenu.
Για ένα κατάλυμα που φιλοξενεί περισσότερο ξένους τουρίστες και όχι έλληνες η επιλογή στη μουσική να παίζει όλη μέρα ελληνικά λαϊκά εμπορικα τραγούδια ήταν λάθος κατά την γνώμη μου.
I loved this hotel. It's in a pretty setting next to the sea. The hotel grounds are all very clean and well maintained. There are so many different areas to sit so if you prefer somewhere quiet you will find it next to one of the many pools. The restaurant is well organised and there is plenty of room for everyone to sit. The food is good and I like that they have different Greek dishes everyday, along with the usual continental to satisfy the children. We were upgraded to a swim up room which was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the air conditioning works well. All the staff are lovely and friendly especially at the reception.

The family room was really spacious and cleaned everyday. Food was tasty and they had options. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating (loved the reception, cleaning ladies and restaurant workers). Also had a store inside the complex. Pools were a bit cold (we went in the beginning of october), also had an indoor pool option and restaurant besides the usual dining area. Our package included 1 free meal at the restaurant where the workers were extra nice and food was A+! Don’t expect some kind of a luxury vacation, but for the price it was really good. The location was fine - really short walk to the most amazing view of the beach, lots of restaurants and pubs etc, stores were a bit touristy and pricey, but its nothing to do with the hotel.
Believe what they say about alcohol - it’s not good for the average european and the coctails are not what they have written in the drinkmenu. Also one of the bar workers wasn’t very welcoming, maybe its their face but i dont know, it was off-putting.
Also, I was bit confused about the package I bought as they didn’t explain on the spot what was included and how to get it etc (for example the indoor pool and restaurant - how can I book, where should I go, I had to ask myself).
Not a lot to do with small kids :)

very rarely cleaned, part of the hotel is in excellent condition, and part needs repair. no children's entertainment, no fruit (only apples and watermelons), all you can eat during the day is fried food.
Le complexe all inclusive idéalement situé tant pour retourner à l’aéroport que pour l’accès plage.
