La camera era spaziosa e nel complesso pulita, quindi confortevole per il soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la posizione, comoda e vicina alle strade principali, oltre alla presenza del parcheggio gratuito della struttura, sicuramente un punto a favore.

Cons:

L’aspetto meno positivo è stata la colazione: piuttosto scarna e con prodotti di qualità non particolarmente elevata.

Pros:

You never sent my reservation to the hotel! They were booked. I had to find a new hotel at the very last minute at inflated prices. You never emailed me about it!! You need to not charge my credit card AND reimburse me the cost of my stay. I expect an email and compensation within 3 days.

Cons:

Best Western should not do business with Booking.com!!!
