Hotel Complaint

I visit Albuquerque frequently with my team, and staying at this hotel is very convenient for us, as it is the best option in the area. However, I have encountered the same problem twice. There is a woman who works the evening shift at the front desk. She refused to check us in—despite the fact that I had already paid online—claiming that the card used for payment did not bear my name. I tried to explain that it was a corporate card and therefore wouldn't have my name on it. I offered to pay online while using my own card for the security deposit, but she refused; I ended up having to use my own personal funds because of this incompetent and rude person who misled me.
I have had absolutely no issues with any of the other staff members.
When I encountered this situation a second time, I paid online with the corporate card and offered my personal card for the security deposit. Upon seeing that I had completed the online payment, she ostentatiously placed a sign on the front desk reading "Helping another guest; please call..." She speaks extremely rudely, shouting and interrupting. I was deeply upset by this.
I will never stay at this hotel again, and I do not recommend it to anyone, as you might run into this individual too—and who knows how she might treat you.

Comfortable and clean. Good value for the cost.
Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable. Mostly warmed up pre cooked items. Other than fruit mostly pre packaged stuff heated and served.
