Convenient, clean, I would stay here again

Pedí una reservación que admita mascotas y cuando llegamos dijeron que ya no tenían habitaciones designadas para mascotas
Y es muy molesto que ya lo que quiere uno es llegar y descansar y no fue así, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel

I would stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was very comfortable. The front desk lady, Beth, was outstanding!

Cons:

There was road construction, finding the hotel at this time was difficult.

Pulito e letti comodi , la biancheria era pulita e profumata. La piscina era carina

La lavanderia era trascurata, il pavimento sporco , aria condizionata non funzionante e L’asciugatrice non gli è mai stato pulito il filtro. Non c’era una sedia e un cesto per spostare la biancheria ..
Non mi piace la moquette sui pavimenti, puzza e non è igienica e si trova in tutti gli hotel in America perché?
Mancanza totale di ecosostenibilità sia nella camera che a colazione.
