A perfect place to relax while still being close to restaurants and activities.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and the views are amazing. The shuttle service is a great amenity.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The location was on the top of the hill and you had 360 views. We had a great time. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Parking was difficult with a larger vehicle since you had to use a car elevator to park.

1. Los 700 dolares que hay que dejar deposito
Eso me. Tomo por sorpresa y que luego se lo reembolsan. Es más te ngo que ir a banco ya que veo que me. Hace falta dineo en mi cuenta.
Sería mejor pagar en el alojamiento para que no allá esos inconvenientes y esos 700 dolares deposito nose creo que para algunas personas no podrían hospedarse allí por. Dejar ese deposito tan alto.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The view was spectacular.

Cons:

Wifi was only available in the room. This was a great spot at low season but not sure that I'd enjoy it as much with more people around, eg the pool would be quite crowded.

So LUCKY to stay at 360 for our first year anniversary: Incomparable, Breathtaking, Exquisite
Pros:

The location had breathtaking views. The residences were impeccable and modern. Loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning. The infinity pool was like it came right out of an Architectural Digest magazine. The breakfast was a huge bonus. We loved it was made from scratch each day, according to our preferences. EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. We would visit again in a heartbeat!

Exceeded our expectations! Clean, amazing views, excellent value
Pros:

This was our first time to Costa Rica. The location was excellent. Absolutely loved Playa Flamingo area and beach. Property was secure and staff was attentive. We leveraged the services of the golf cart to get around and the drivers were awesome guys. We realized they called it 360 because on the rooftop (where breakfast is) you have a 360 view of the water and marina - fabulous. The view from the infinity pool - stellar. We had just come from a much more expensive place in Las Catalinas and we liked this just as well for half the cost.

Cons:

The security still used physical room keys which was something to get used to! Not a big deal at all, just felt old school and a little dated :)

The 360 Splendor is an amazing resort that is competitively priced & would recommend!
Pros:

The breakfast was a bonus having 3 options. I would suggest including bacon with all breakfast options. The rooms was clean and luxurious and having a TV in each room as well as full kitchen was terrific. Not needing towels or beach towel, shampoo and body soap was a bonus too. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The overall condition of the hotel was pristine as well. Towels at the pool and opportunity to get water and ice helped in the heat.

Cons:

To make it a more enjoyable and vacation like atmosphere having a bar that served drinks at the pool would have been amazing. Not sure if that is an issue with getting a liquor license and having the staff at the bar. I would also suggest having bottled water in the rental as well as snacks. Maybe a listing of local restaurants that can door dash meals too?

Luxury location in Playa Flamingo
Pros:

Our apartment was luxurious, very spacious, clean, with great amenities and with a truly wonderfull view of the ocean. The breakfast was very tasty. I recommend the location.

Cons:

Keep in mind that, although the location is within walking distance from the marina and the beach, its on top of a very steep hill. It is very hard to walk uphill, especially in the sun. You have to rely on the shuttle the location provides every hour, on your own car or you can rent a golf cart for an extra fee.

El apartamento muy bien decorado y supremamente aseado. Muy bien equipado. Se ve que tiene dueño.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy demorado, porque lo sirven a la minuta. Llegué de tercero y me tocó esperar 1h. Muchísima gente prefiere renunciar al desayuno.
