Estadia honesta, dentro do esperado, com boa relação custo-benefício.

Cons:

Um dos dois elevadores estava quebrado. Elevador único e pequeno causou transtornos a mim e a outros hóspedes pela manhã, quando tínhamos que descer as malas e fazer o check out.

Localização ótima. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Elevadores antigos e somente 1 em uso. Ar condicionado tb antigo e faz muito barulho. Minha família usou 2 quartos e em um deles o vento do ar condicionado ficava muito próximo da cama (bem nos pés).

Dormitório amplo.

Cons:

Fiz a reserva para um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Reservaram casal e não tinha quarto disponível para trocar.
Armário de roupas muito velho.

Adoramos o hotel! Otima localizacao, usamos o metro e fomos ao MUT e ao Costanera a pe. Limpeza impecavel, atendimento excelente (ate antes da chegada, quando tirei duvidas pelo chat), otimo cafe da manha e a caixinha que era fornecida nos dias de passeios muito cedo era perfeita!! Recomendo e se eu voltar a Santiago sera minha primeiro opcao!
