Best location and best prices in the San Pedro.

I paid in full on a credit card before arrival. Staff at check-in were rude, argumentative & demanded I pay upfront, a higher cost. Gave me a discounted rate of $400+ USD for golf cart rental, which was overall dirty and contained trash. Pitiful Customer service, No Working WiFi. When I asked for a map, they pointed to a 2023-2024 magazine and said it's in there. I had a torn-in-half towel for a bath mat. The faucet handle came off the 1st time I attempted to use it. I have photos of the view: a parking lot full of trash, not the advertised photos. Other photos I am unable to upload here. The location is dirty, loud, and not at all as expected.

Hands down the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The reception sofa was occupied by a child sleeping, the staff were not proactive, and the electricity in the bedroom did not work. 1/10

Very clean property with lots of space.
Location was a bit rough, looks run down with no lighting at night. No Hot water provided the first night, staff didn’t seem concerned when we raided concerns.

We didn’t stay at this hotel because we had asked for 2 beds and they gave us a room with one bed. They tried to put us in a 4th floor room with two bedrooms but it was dirty and we weren’t comfortable with it.
The owners were nice but they couldn’t understand why we didn’t want to stay there. It was just not what we thought we had rented.
