I booked this property expecting a hotel experience, but it turned out to be more like a homestay, which was not clearly communicated in the listing. This was disappointing as it did not match what I paid for.

On the first night, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I requested a change and was moved to a 4-person room instead of the 5-person room I originally booked. However, I was still charged for the 5-person room, which did not feel fair.

Additionally, there was no lift available, making it difficult to access the room, especially with luggage.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations based on the description or pricing. I would recommend that the listing be updated to accurately reflect the type of accommodation and its facilities so future guests can make an informed decision.
