Great service and beautiful hotel
Pros:

Everything was great and very clean. The hospitality was on another level, especially thanks to Muhammad Marai (محمد مرعي). He helped us with absolutely everything we needed throughout our stay. I have honestly never experienced service like this before—it was amazing.

We were also lucky enough to receive a room upgrade, which made our relaxing and quiet weekend even better. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the exceptional service.

A Wonderful Stay from Start to Finish
Pros:

A luxurious and wonderful hotel with excellent service from start to finish. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Yousef and Dalal at the reception. They even upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise.

The valet service was excellent, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job. The hotel is spotless, the breakfast is delicious and varied, and the location is central yet quiet and beautiful.

The only downside is that the spa is shared between two hotels and requires advance booking, which makes it less convenient for hotel guests.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose the same hotel again on our next visit!

انصح جداً بهذا الفندق،السيد محمد مرعي وكل الطاقم محترمين مرحين وخدومين بشكل كبير، عرفة نظيفه وكبيره.

استقبال رائع وفريق مهني همهم ان تكون سعيد وتكون اجازه مريحه، توجه دائم للسؤال ان كان هنالك اي طلب او خدمه تحتاجها واذا كان لديك اي ملاحظه، فندق جديد ومريح اطلاله رائعه، استقبلنا الشاب محمد مرعي وكان استقبال رائع واهتم ان نكون سعداء ومرتاحين .

Pros:

I was in westin for two nights
In general the hotel is nice and clean
But there is something that I didn’t like it that you can’t order food from outside!
Also we had a problem with the housekeeping that they didn’t clean the room very well and didn’t refill the tea bags but when i told mr. Mohammad aljamal from the disk office he was very helpful and directly asked me to send him massage when I leave the room , then Ms. mira from housekeeping was very nice and polite and really I respect her when she cleaned and left a message!

Also dalal from the front disk she was very friendly with my daughter (9 months) and she was like her friend 😃
