The staff are so so polite and nice .. the food is good .. breakfast is great .. atmosphere is perfect. .. its so clean .. the pool and kids club amazing and it has private beach ... Aida in the kids club was so so nice to my daughter .. i loved the hotel and ready to try it again

Cons:

No fridge in room .. sometimes we ate at the hotel resturant and my daughter didnt eat so we take its food .. but in the room there is a mini fridge but not cold at all and cant preserve the food .. i asked the people there and they told me its just a container not a fridge .. so even the water in the room wasnt cold ... this is the only bad thing in the hotel

Best hotel at Aqaba by far , great hospitality and service given by the team especially Mr Yousef Rababa at the reception was so kind , helpful and respectful.
