A perfect stay with excellent service and an amazing staff! we would definitely come back!

Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
The facilities were excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing.
Most importantly, the staff were absolutely outstanding friendly, professional, helpful, and always welcoming. They really made our stay special.

Our stay at The Westin Saraya Aqaba was absolutely wonderful from every aspect. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful hotel and excellent service to the cleanliness, which was truly outstanding.

What made our experience even more special was how kind, welcoming, and helpful every staff member was. Everyone was always smiling and ready to help, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.

A special thank you to the person in charge of the breakfast dining area, who was incredibly kind and attentive, and made our mornings even more enjoyable.

We would also like to give a special mention to Yousef at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to help us arrange a better room and accommodate an early check-in, as we were traveling with our baby. His kindness, understanding, and willingness to help meant a lot to us.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

المبنى جديد، والغرف جيدة، كما أن نادي الأطفال (Kids Club) مناسب وممتع للاطفال.

للأسف، كانت تجربتنا في الفندق متوسطة، ولا تستحق أكثر من 5 من 10.

من أبرز السلبيات أن بلاط الفسيفساء في البركة يتساقط ويحتاج إلى صيانة، وهذا أمر غير متوقع في فندق بهذا السعر.

كذلك، لا يتم توفير مياه شرب مجانية للأطفال عند البركة، وهو أمر بسيط لكنه مهم جدًا، خصوصًا للعائلات التي تقضي وقتًا طويلًا هناك.

شعرنا أيضًا بوجود محاولات مستمرة لدفع السياح إلى الشراء من داخل الفندق، حتى بالنسبة إلى أبسط الاحتياجات، مما جعل التجربة أقل راحة وأعطانا شعورًا بالاستغلال بدلًا من الاهتمام براحة الضيوف.

بشكل عام، السعر مرتفع مقارنة بمستوى الخدمة والمرافق المقدمة. الفندق لديه بعض النقاط الجيدة، لكن مقابل المبلغ المدفوع، كنا نتوقع مستوى أفضل بكثير من الخدمة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
