Pros:

Property is excellent. Self check in process was so easy, the option to use your phone as a keycard was handy. Room was large and exactly like the photos. Laundry on ground floor was easy to access and very convenient to use. Luggage storage also available and easy to use.

Cons:

Nothing, would definitely stay again

The tech is ridiculously off, couldn't check in with our IDs for 1 hour; my booking id always reflected only 1 room on my phone but on their system both rooms were there; their automated communication is confusing as hell, lengthy and always in German despite it being clear that we didn't speak German; the online check in process was very tedious, unclear and confusing. Overall their tech needs an overhaul. The staff is quick to help so that is a positive but not very friendly

Great location and comfortable rooms with good value due to self service.
Pros:

Great location, interesting but comfortable room and easy once we figured out all the self service in getting in. Nice little kitchen and good sized bathroom. Thankfully our room had a fan so we could survive the heat.

Cons:

Since the self service is new, I would have liked more, clear instructions ahead of time so I would have known what to expect.

der Selfcheckin ist zu Aufwaendig verstehe nicht warum man nochmal pers.Daten wie Adresse und Pass Nr.angeben muss, (ist halt nervig wenn man dann müde ist von der Reise. die Daten könnten ja bei der Buchung abgefragt werden!! Das Reinigungspersonal kam schon um halb Elf aber Checkout ist ja erst 11 Uhr.

Camera abbastanza spaziosa e silenziosa d'altronde le camere affacciano su un vicolo cieco con vista su un parcheggio multipiano.

Cons:

Organizzazione del self check in pessimo ,informazioni veramente scarse e funzionamento macchinoso.si perde un sacco di tempo e rispondono solo robot, nessuna assistenza di umani in caso di bisogno. Camera con Vista su un vicolo cieco e su una copertura di uso comune .Non è presente Aria condizionato ci si organizza con il ventilatore.

La petite terrasse et la cuisinette

Cons:

Arrivée difficile; il faut un code pour faire le Check in, ce qu’on ne nous a pas remis. Les photos étaient trompeuses car j’ai choisi une unité avec balcon et ce n’est pas du tout l’unité avec les hauts plafonds et les boiseries tel que sur les photos. C’était une unité tout à fait ordinaire mais avec terrasse. Attention car vous n’aurez pas assurément l’unité qui est sur les photos pour le type de logement choisi. Cela fut très décevant. Et il n’y a pas d’air climatisé. On nous a offert de changer d’unité mais trop tardivement. Emplacement est ok.

Excellent séjour dans l’ensemble. Excellente ambiance dans la chambre.

La déco. La proximité de la ville.

Cons:

Le parking National , très pratique mais très cher. Le check-in que j’avais fais à l’avance par mail avant mon arrivée et que j’ai dû refaire complètement en arrivant à l’hôtel 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. L’insonorisation des chambres pas terrible.
