Pros:

Good location, close to everything in old town. Staff was present and heeled us check in, making it easier than expected. Like having laundry facility available for use.

Great Central location, very spacious

Cons:

Self check-in was a fiddly process, luckily a girl (staff) was working at the time and she was very helpful. No aircon but the room did have a pedestal fan

The room was on the first floor, close to the street, so I could hear cars and other street noise. It was also quite warm, and there was no air conditioning.

Great Location, good security, clean and well appointed.
Pros:

Location was excellent!, Good Security and having a laundry accessible for guests was a bonus. The apartment was clean and well appointed.

Cons:

The self-check took a while as our passports took a while to scan and we had to go through all the cards to find a locker card that worked. Generally, though we prefer more human engagement and a more personal and friendly check-in and check-out, so we find self- check in too impersonal.
