2名宿泊、1つのベッドで良ければ食事付きでアーリーチェックインはお得でした
Pros:

室内での居住は清潔でアーリーチェックインは快適です。
ネット環境もあり食事もルームサービスで食べることも出来るので宿泊やカラオケで利用するなら良いです。

Cons:

あくまでも一般ホテルでは無いのでベッドはキングサイズ1つなので大人の利用者しか入り難い、家族で泊まるなら子連れでも良いと思う。
部屋の照明が明るくしてもやや暗いので本とか字を読むには不向き
洗面所が明るいので必要に応じて場所移動する必要がある。

Very kind staff and comfortable room!
Pros:

Beautiful property, the staff were extremely friendly and free dinner and breakfast were included with our stay. Shower room was also lovely and the skincare/hair care amenities in the room were wonderful. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Location was beautiful but far away from any shops/activities, it was quite a hike to get there with all of our luggage from the bus station. It was also fairly noisy outside, we could hear planes flying by for most of the day/night and the window rattled whenever the wind hit it, but we were tired enough that it didn’t affect our sleep too much. You also don’t get a room key and must go to the front desk to have them unlock your room to get in if you leave, so that’s something to note if you feel better having one.

The best accommodation in Tokyo
Pros:

도쿄행 비행기를 놓쳐서 얼렁뚱땅 눈물겹게 예약한 숙소인데
제가 도쿄로 4박 5일 여행하는 동안 머물렀던 숙소 중 가장 최고의 숙소였습니다. 카운터 아주머니는 정말 친절했고, 서비스도 정말 친절했습니다. 다시는 도쿄에 가고 싶지 않을 정도로 최악의 날이었지만, 이 숙소가 제 모든 생각을 바꿔놓았기에 좋은 마무리로 한국으로 돌아왔어용 ㅎ ㅎ ㅎ
It was the best accommodation I had during my trip to Japan. If I ever came to Tokyo again, I would definitely want to use this accommodation again, as it was so comfortable and happy.

렌트카 없으면 올 생각 ㄴㄴ 택시비만 왕복 1ㅋㅋ0ㅋㅋ만원ㅋㅋ나왔음 언젠가 또 도쿄에 온다면 차 렌트해서 갈거임
The transportation wasn't good because the accommodation was located on the outskirts. I'm thinking of using a rental car when I want to visit next time.

Pros:

It was a cool place for a night since I had a connecting flight the following day. About 5km from the airport. It was unlike any other hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing was missing. It even had a slot machine and a television in the bathtub lol. The complimentary dinner and breakfast was a sure bonus. The staff were nice.

Pros:

Staff was very nice and polite. We felt welcomed from the beginning of our stay. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. Food was delicious and included in the total room price. Thank you very much Water Gate hotel!

Comfortable
Pros:

Loved the bathtub and all the free face and skin products available to us. The room also included complimentary dinner when we arrived and breakfast in the morning. Worth the price 👌

Cons:

We had to kill a centipede, probably because of the bathroom humidity and because we were on the main floor.

外観は古い感じでしたが、中は清潔感があって設備も整っていました。また食事も付いていましたが、美味しくいただけました。
