Cons:

People were smoking in all the rooms and on all the balconies—smoking not just regular cigarettes but marijuana, too. I had arrived with a seven-year-old child, and I didn't like that at all—in fact, I hated it. There were signs posted throughout the building stating that pets were prohibited, yet guests brought theirs anyway; at one point, a huge dog—the size of a horse—came charging right at us.

Cute, clean, all the amenities needed, great location, helpful host! I would definitely stay here again!

The property was so cute! It was clean and had all the amenities we needed! Having a full sized fridge was nice. The owner was very nice and helpful and addressed any questions we had. The location was great. We were about a mile from the main boardwalk and pier so we were able to walk to go wherever we needed to. I would definitely stay here again!

There was nothing not to like first we showed up at the wrong place and it was rather long drive for the moment and called the person they answered in the middle of the night/morning and had to contact them several times throughout that same night and it was amazing to help that we got and we'll get finally got to our room it was the cleanest most beautiful comfortable room I've ever personally stayed in I definitely hope I get the exact same room the same view and I hope the same people are working the day on there I recommend this place to anyone because if you go to Daytona this is where you want to be thank you and can wait till next month when I book again

Until checkout day I fully intended to give a raving 5 star review.
Pros:

It was a beautiful room. My children and I enjoyed it very much. I was so happy to have found such a wonderful place on the ocean. It was stocked and supplied with necessities. You really only need a suitcase.

Cons:

Andy the host/owner was nice on the phone the whole time. Instructions were given very specifically for checkout so be careful. You can't just pack up your kids and leave. You will have some work to do first. You must take out your trash. You must take linens...ALL linens and put them in the laundry basket..you MUST sweep the floor, clean the shower, and God forbid you leave a washcloth that's soaking wet from your shower that morning in the shower stall. And you definitely MUST NOT leave anything behind in the refrigerator! If you do, the owner will snap pictures of any little things you couldn't get to because you were busy trying to get your children or significant others situated before you left. She will tell you all about yourself, and that you did not respect her beautiful condo. My children left a small blueberry stain on one of the stools and she didn't hesitate to tell me that she had to drive out on a holiday to try to clean it. There were cleaning products, but no oxi clean. So I wasn't able to get it out. And make sure you hurry! The cleaner will be anxious to get inside and clean and if you've done any of the things I mentioned above he will make sure the owner knows about it and they will ensure that you feel awful about it.
