Ein stilvolles Hotel, in dem man perfekt entspannen kann und nah an der Stadt Kos ist, wenn man etwas mehr Leben möchte
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber architektonisch super schön. Auch die Pflanzen, die rund um waren haben eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre gestaltet..
Der zweite Pool war unser absolutes Highlight, und es war sehr ruhig perfekt um zu entspannen.

Very luxury meet perfection

An absolutely exceptional stay!

This is, without a doubt, the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectations. The architecture is absolutely stunning, and every detail of the hotel has been carefully designed to create a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.

The two large swimming pools were amazing, and the ambiance throughout the hotel was simply perfect. The music playing in every area was fantastic and created a wonderful vibe from morning until night.

One of the highlights for us was the incredible open-air gym. It is beautifully designed and equipped with premium, high-end retro fitness equipment, making it one of the most unique and impressive hotel gyms we have ever seen.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious, high-quality food. Every meal we had was exceptional, and the drinks were equally excellent.

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of service was truly first-class.

We honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, and we would return without hesitation. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best hotel on the Island

Lage um das Hotel wirkt etwas heruntergekommen, der Weg zum Strand sieht nicht einladend aus, sehr ungepflegt und für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel eher unpassend

Slow living
Pros:

A true gem next to Kos town. Built to promote slow living and serenity. Outstanding design, boho style. Great tastes, both for lunch and dinner. Breakfast outstanding

Cons:

No direct beachfront. Access with 5 mins walking distance through a narrow path. The staff are super friendly and willing but felt that they were new in the hotel and learning on the job. Also the second bar doesn't operate during the day despite the second major and more private common pool being there.

Would have been a nice stay BUT THE STAFF

Definitely tasteful, chill vibes.

Cons:

Although there were lots of noise coming from the pipes and we couldn’t sleep at night, when we took video of it and sent it to them and made them watch, they took no action to comfort us. Receptionist simply ignored that we literally couldn’t sleep and the least you expect from a hotel with this price is to be able to sleep.

They charged us the whole fee, no compensation, they even charged the small balance on the restaurant when at least that could be complimentary. Very rude and inconsiderate.

Design is tremendous otherwise but customer service does not match that design at all.

Disappointing for a very expensive stay.
Pros:

The building, gardens and pools were beautiful.
The rooms were stylish and facilities good.
Great sunbeds, although not enough for the volume of people. Great fresh towel supply.

Cons:

Flying cockroaches in your bedroom - you don't expect this in a five start hotel. When I rang reception to seek help and a spray it took them quarter of an hour to respond. We saw cockroaches in our room 5 out of our 10 days stay.
No food allergy labelling on any of the breakfast foods or menus - this is against EU Regulations which require information on 14 allergens. When we asked we were repeatedly told foods were not safe. I am unsure how a hotel can be 5 star when it fails to conform to EU regulations - I would avoid if you have food intolerance or allergies. They do ask about allergies upon arrival, but is unclear why as their ability to respond is pitiful.
Despite being aware of a peanut allergy, they presented peanuts as a snack with drinks. When asked for an alternative they said they could not provide one.
No bottled water in your room - they fill up a glass bottle from the tap - again not 5 star. While the water is safe it can give you an upset stomach if you are not used to it.
Yoga available - but the website doesn't tell you it is 14 Euros per session - the gym is free the yoga isn't.
Despite speaking to staff about food and cockroaches the daughter of the owners who was very visible having dinner with people made no effort to speak to us. Not great customer service.
The hotel is not in a great area, and so ok if you are happy to stay put.
