Xoot ka Ana luxury, Villa las Flores

Sur le site Booking, l’hôtel était vendu pour un endroit fabuleux, j’ai payé 545 € pour une chambre qu’elle n’avait pas la vue demander alors qu’aujourd’hui pour 350 €, on la vue demandé sur le pilotis, je pense que je me suis fait arnaquer. Que comptez-vous faire pour me dédommager?

Tivemos um porém que escolhemos o quarto com banheira jacuzzi, e tinhamos apenas 2 noites no hotel. No primeiro dia ela não funcionou e o funcionário que veio não conseguiu conserta-la. Então só conseguimos usar no dia seguinte,
Também fiquei incomodada que havia um cheiro de mofo no quarto, eu acredito que seja do deck que fica embaixo do chuveiro, constantemente úmido, que recebe também goteiras do teto quando chove.

E' grave ed assolutamente imperdonabile che chi dirige una struttura ricettiva di questo livello e dal costo non indifferente, non si curi di evitare agli ospiti, i deprecabili inconvenienti come quelli da noi subiti sin dal nostro arrivo. La prima notte non ha funzionato lo scarico della nostra toilette. Da subito e' mancata l'acqua calda, costringendoci a ritardare la nostra doccia mattiniera. Il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo, preceduta da un esalazione di cattivi odori, hanno collassato gli scarichi di uno dei lavandini, allagando il bagno e l'ingesso della camera. Da ultimo, ieri durante un temporale , e' entrata acqua dal lucernario della stanza, a poca distanza dal nostro letto.

El acceso al hotel es horrible es un tramo como de 2 kilometros de terraceria con hoyos, lodo, muy obscuro y los carros pegan con las piedras y hoyos que hay

Because the hotel is in a very remote location (and the road to access it is not paved) we depended a lot on the availability of services on site. It was ok but not the level of service and attention to detail you would expect for the price; it did not have the "luxury" feel advertised. The restaurant was at times very slow and expensive, and we were not allowed to bring our own food. The wifi was barely functioning in our room and sometimes did not work at all (although it was good in the restaurant area).

Coupure d eau le matin et accès difficile

Rooms need maintenance, they didn’t have some basic amenities only one spot to hang a towel, no blow dryer, the shower got hot and cold. There was no cover for sky windows so the sun would wake us up at 630 am.

good is expensive, service is subpar, not lots of attention, hard to get there on the windy road, car got stuck in mid, soooo many mosquitos at night and tons of flys during the day

I booked a lake view room but I didn't get it.
My reservation was a room with refrigerator and mosquito net;. At arrival I was told that it was a mistake from booking.com.
The room was ok, but it wasn't lake view, we didn't have a refrigerator or the mosquito net.
