I won’t be back.
Cons:

Room was severely water damaged when we got there and they wouldn’t change our room, customer service was very poor.

Do not stay here.
Cons:

Bedroom given to us had a terrible smell. The carpet was soaking wet and felt like the door had been locked for days. This resulted in extreme mold and unbearable smell. Thankfully, they gave us a different room but it wasn’t any good. The room furniture, linen, couch was super old with stains all over.

I will never be back. I would rather eat the bread that the devil need.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. I would never be back or recommend it to anybody ever. I was embarrassed to be even stating there.

Cons:

Everything was horrible. The room felt old and not clean. It was not aesthetically pleasing. I felt like I was living in someone’s filth. The shower curtain was nasty and had visible gunk on it. The metal all had rust on it. Couldn’t even get a working iron. No elevator. The pool was not available. I mean just horrible. The towels were cheap and I’m not a fat person and they couldn’t even wrap around my body. None of the ice machines worked. Had to purchase ice and then found out there was a fridge with no freezer. I wish I could have gotten a refund cause I would of left there so fast. Never was I so happy to leave a hotel. That was not the relaxing weekend I thought I would have. I was miserable. The TV was small. I have picture frames that are bigger than the tv and had it on the wall in a dumb spot. There was homeless people in the parking lot smoking cigarettes every time I went to my car. Pure sh** hole.

Great stay!
Pros:

My son lost his AirPods. Just for the sake of it we went back the next day and asked. I couldn’t believe they actually found and kept them!!!
