A wonderful stay made unforgettable by the exceptionally warm and helpful staff.
Pros:

Fantastic stay in Beijing! The highlight was definitely the staff – they were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always went above and beyond to help. The hotel was also clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. I would happily stay here again!

Pros:

L’accueil chaleureux et le fait que nos 2 enfants disposent de leur espace avec un lit deux places.
Un rétroprojecteur avec une grande toile de visionnage très sympa si on a le temps.

Cons:

L’emplacement n’est pas l’idéal si vous souhaitez découvrir le centre de Beijing. Pas loin du village Sanlitun qui est très sympa mais quand même un bon 20min de marche.
La propreté en général pas au rdv, on n’avait l’impression que le lit seulement était fait, le sol paraissait toujours sale, et pareil au petit déjeuner nous n’avons pas pu manger car pas rassurés sur la propreté.

Dobra lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, codziennie uzupełniana woda.

Cons:

Niedokładne sprzątanie, pod łóżkami mnóstwo kurzu i pozostałości po poprzednich gościach. Zapach papierosów na korytarzu.

Nettes Personal, irreführende Bilder
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Genau nebenan gibt einen McDonald's und einen Supermarkt, was wirklich sehr praktisch und gut war, weil das Frühstück leider nicht so gut war.

Cons:

Die Lage entspricht leider nicht den Bildern, die Bilder sehen zu gut aus, aber Vorort sah es sehr runtergekommen aus, sowohl das Hotel von außen als auch von innen(Eingangsbereich)
Die Gegend sieht leider nicht sehr einladend aus, wenn man es mal abends besichtigen möchte.

Pros:

Staff was super kind and helpful, location is excellent.

Cons:

I had a room with no windows, and unfortunately it had a strong smell of mold, which gave me an allergic reaction.
My pillow and sheets had dirty yellow stains.
