Rezervēju 4 nakšu uzturēšanos ar cenā iekļautām brokastīm, un pirms ierašanās saņēmu WhatsApp ziņu, ka brokastis tiks pasniegtas La Tenuta Italiana mītnē, kurā arī dzīvoju. Tomēr realitātē izrādījās, ka katru rītu bija jādodas uz Silene Resort & SPA, kas atrodas aptuveni 5 km attālumā. Tas nozīmēja 10 km braucienu katru dienu tikai brokastu dēļ.

Uzskatu, ka šāda prakse nav pieņemama un neatbilst tam, ko viesis pamatoti sagaida, rezervējot viesnīcu ar brokastīm. Ja naktsmītne tiek reklamēta kā atsevišķa viesnīca ar brokastīm, tad tām būtu jābūt pieejamām tajā pašā atrašanās vietā vai arī viesi par šādu būtisku neērtību ir skaidri un nepārprotami jāinformē pirms rezervācijas veikšanas, nevis pēc tās.

Papildu braucieni katru rītu radīja laika patēriņu, degvielas izmaksas un būtiski samazināja atpūtas kvalitāti.

Ceru, ka nākotnē viesnīca pārskatīs šo kārtību un nodrošinās pilnīgi skaidru informāciju pirms rezervācijas procesa, lai viesi varētu pieņemt informētu lēmumu.

Viesnīcas apkārtne tika uzkopta neregulāri.
Arī centrālajā ēkā bija dažāda veida problēmas kā komunikācija latviešu valodā, ēdiena kvalitāte, viesmīlība.

Замечательное место! Персонал прекрасный! Замечательный завтрак и очень вкусный кофе. Недалеко есть природный парк для прогулки, а так же мини зоо и шикарная детская площадка.
