An excellent stay, we will try to be back!
Pros:

Anna and her husband were extremely warm, helpful and welcoming. They responded to our messages promptly. They picked us up from the airport for a small fee and shared a lot of useful information about the area. On departure day they allowed us to keep our baggage in the room after check out time. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a good coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious, the bathroom had plenty of toiletries.

Comfortable
Pros:

A good place near to the beach and the Almería University. Good bed and good view. So clean, and a great space.

Cons:

It's not near to center, but you can get a bus fast to go there. Also, i can't find the place at the first day cause there aren't something to know which is the house, but it's not a problem if you have google maps.

Zona residencial muy tranquila, la habitación muy limpia y espaciosa.
El baño era muy grande y tenía todo lo que puedas necesitar.

Cons:

Debería especificar que el baño es privado pero se encuentra fuera de la habitación ya que yo me enteré leyendo reseñas.

Größe des Bades. Größe des Betts.

Cons:

NO GO; Die Besitzerin hat einen Hund (Tokio) der auf die Gäste bällt und mich anbeißen wollte. Die Besitzerin ist nicht in der Lage, den Hund zurück zu holen. Da es sich um Teilräumlichkeit von einer bewohnten Wohnung handelt, ist es gar nicht gut!!!

In der Anzeige wirbt man mit eigener Küche und eigene Waschmaschine, tatsächlich handelt es sich um gemeinsam genutzte Küche, die Küche der Besitzerin. Zugang zur Waschmaschine wurde gar nicht erwähnt.

Bad mit riesen Badewanne, wo man jeder Wasserschutz fehlte. Beim Duschen macht man das ganze Bad naß.

Pleasant, easy access to accommodation and nice with no key
Pros:

Close to the beach and metro to go to Plaça. Compact space great for 2 people.

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything I did not like about it.
