Great if you are looking for minimal assistance from staff
Pros:

The property is in a great location, was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was a great size and had the most soft bed linen.

Cons:

The staff service was less than expected for Thailand having visited the country over 10 times. Having no one to manage and assist with the luggage upon arrival was the first time I’d not been offered assistance, and with three stairs up to the lifts, it’s not ideal when you have multiple bags of luggage.

Great Location, Staff and Facilities.
Pros:

Location is great. Close to BTS. Rooms are big and the breakfast has a good selection

Cons:

Second year staying here… it’s showing signs of wear and tear. Nothing major, only if you look really close - lose bed surround etc.

Staff are brilliant, rooms are gorgeous, location is perfect.
Pros:
