Guests who wish to dine in one of the onsite restaurants must reserve tables when booking, to avoid disappointment. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Please note that dinner, bed and breakfast includes a 3-course dinner at Elephant Brasserie. The following room types have extended check-out available until 11:00: Superior Double Room Standard Double Room Deluxe Double/Twin Room Luxury Double or Twin Room Guests staying in the Woodland Lodges, please note that there is a security deposit of GBP 200 that is taken upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. Please note that accommodations with a hot tub, the hot tub is ready to be used from the second day only. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult in the leisure facilities and swimming pool. Restricted Swimming times apply to children using the swimming pool and leisure facilities - please check with hotel for full details.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Luxury retreat - would recommend!
Pros:

A tranquil retreat! Rom was spacious and the swimming pool was fantastic. Loved having the option to lounge outside.
Dinner was also great; fresh fish dishes on offer.
We visited The Eden Project.

Pros:

I was turned away after arriving because I dint have any photo id? This has never been a requirement in the past and at no time was i made aware that this was essential , the staff said they would refund my money but I feel iv been greatly let down in all aspects of customer service and its quite upsetting

Romantic, Exellent facillities and wonderful staff.
Pros:

My husband and i visited for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I was so special and the staff were al so friendly and accomodating. They gave us a lovely card and some chocolates in our room on arrival. The facilities are amazing. We visited in beautiful weather. There was music on the green, lawn games and the food is outstanding. We didnt take ours but there is a lovely play area for the kiddos. Spa is gorgeous. Will deffo visit again.

Cons:

Nothing. It was amazing. Think they would have good feedback with some evening entertainment in summer outside but other than that cannot fault!

Premium relaxing retreat
Pros:

The location was excellent and relaxing very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful with our room and questions.
Breakfast was high quality as was the food from the bar and plenty of gluten free options.
Balcony for the room was large and great to enjoy the evening sun.
Jack by adults only time for the swimming pool was a nice touch.

Cons:

Remarking the line of the tennis courts would improve the experience.

Lovely friendly staff, eager to help you make the most of your stay. Quiet luxurious base to explore
Pros:

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Great full English breakfast as well as a comprehensive continental style, all included. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean rooms, great bathroom with shower over bath and a balcony. Food is locally sourced and there is a choice of restaurant (you should book) or bar food ( no need to book). Any food and drink except breakfast must be paid for at the time. The spa and pool area was clean and maintained. The was an area outside with sun loungers as well. Reception shared a discount code for Eden Project.

Cons:

The menu in the restaurant was the same all week, except the soup and catch of the day. The bar food had both light bites and a selection of the restaurant food. Strangely, there was only open sandwiches rather than regular ones on the light bites menu, even though these could be ordered as room service. These were small niggles though
