Guests who wish to dine in one of the onsite restaurants must reserve tables when booking, to avoid disappointment. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Please note that dinner, bed and breakfast includes a 3-course dinner at Elephant Brasserie. The following room types have extended check-out available until 11:00: Superior Double Room Standard Double Room Deluxe Double/Twin Room Luxury Double or Twin Room Guests staying in the Woodland Lodges, please note that there is a security deposit of GBP 200 that is taken upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. Please note that accommodations with a hot tub, the hot tub is ready to be used from the second day only. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult in the leisure facilities and swimming pool. Room cleaning service was hit and miss, shortage of breakfast items and had to ask several times for them to be replenished, no coffee machine in room, no lift up to the second floor.

Beautiful location and facilities. We had a peaceful stay in this great hotel. The spa is wonderful.
TV in the room is far too small for the proportions of the room. It would also be much better if guests could access their netflix/prime accounts on the TV.

Everything. The accommodation was excellent lovely comfortable beds and bedding. The spa was superb and the breakfast one of the best we have ever had. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great, the turfed outdoor area was nice, the additional children's swings were a bonus and the pool was nice.
The lift does not take you up to a planar level, you need to ascend a flight of steps. The bar was hot without an a/c and the TV in the bar was way too small to watch the world cup on. Room cleaning was inconsistent, sometimes good sometimes poor.

The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is plenty of space to park a car. The towels provided in the bedroom are off a good size and quality.
The tables in the restaurant are chipped, scratched, stained and sticky, they need to be covered with a white tablecloth. The bar menu is limited, as is the restaurant menu if you are staying for more than one night. The quality and taste of the food served is good, but only arrives luke warm, even when served on hot plates, both for breakfast and evening meals. The decor is dark and tired, especially in the bedrooms.
