Guests who wish to dine in one of the onsite restaurants must reserve tables when booking, to avoid disappointment. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Please note that dinner, bed and breakfast includes a 3-course dinner at Elephant Brasserie. The following room types have extended check-out available until 11:00: Superior Double Room Standard Double Room Deluxe Double/Twin Room Luxury Double or Twin Room Guests staying in the Woodland Lodges, please note that there is a security deposit of GBP 200 that is taken upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. Please note that accommodations with a hot tub, the hot tub is ready to be used from the second day only. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult in the leisure facilities and swimming pool. Restricted Swimming times apply to children using the swimming pool and leisure facilities - please check with hotel for full details.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Open grounds, play area for children, and the staff were very polite and accommodating.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable and it would be good to add a separate recycling bin outside.

Brilliant venue, beautiful grounds.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly & helpful. The food & the spa were lovely.

Cons:

The bed had 2 singles joined together, it was quite uncomfortable where the beds joined.
The rooms wasn’t cleaned very well & didn’t get hoovered once.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, in lovely surroundings with excellent food, and very friendly bar and restaurant staff.

Cons:

It was advertised as cycle friendly, however the on site manager was not welcoming or accommodating of two people turning up on bikes. No secure place available to store bikes.
We found the beds too soft, and not comfortable.

Pros:

Spacious enjoyed the hot tub

Cons:

Rather old and tied looking could do with a freshen up. En suite shower head not in good position unable to move it so it was difficult to to keep your hair dry if you didn’t want to wash it.

Great location for Eden project and Lost Gardens of Helligan. Great facilities and spacious room
Pros:

The Spa was great, we had 2 treatments and used the pool each day. Breakfast excellent and the dinner menu really good.

Cons:

You had to walk outside to the spa which wasnt ideal when raining

lovely rest in pleasant surroundings and would definitely consider returning
Pros:

pedicure with Megan was excellent. The bar staff were all very pleasant and helpful considering they were under a lot of pressure when the bar area was very busy when coach party was in.

Cons:

Breakfast was more than adequate but didn't like the hot buffet as most items were there for a long time and well past their best. A better selection of breads would have been nice.

The food was very good, as was the spa and pool

Cons:

A large section of the pool was roped off into 2 swim lanes, often with only one person each. Reducing the area left significantly

Fantastic stay, will return. Soon!
Pros:

All staff members were extremely helpful. The room was absolutely stunning and immaculate. We loved the garden with all the garden games and activities.
This was my first visit and I will definitely be booking again.

Cons:

Only criticism is that there wasnt any robes available at the spa, not the end of the world but would have been nice.
